The Managing Director of First Atlantic Bank PLC, Mr. Odun Odunfa was honoured to be invited to the UPSA 1000 and Ghana Entrepreneurship Conference, where he engaged with young entrepreneurs and SMEs on what it takes to build sustainable and successful businesses.
In his address, he highlighted the importance of discipline, preparation, consistency and tenacity, while encouraging entrepreneurs to develop a strong resistance to uncertainty and maintain high self-esteem with low ego.
He emphasised that great entrepreneurs remain humble, open to learning and willing to grow, regardless of their achievements. He also reminded participants that there are no shortcuts to building a successful business. Success requires commitment, perseverance and the willingness to stay the course.
He joined other distinguished speakers who shared valuable insights and experiences with the next generation of Ghanaian entrepreneurs.
