❤️💛💚💙 I publicly support FireWhale (@FirewhaleWin) for being one of the only large visible whales still supporting PulseChain via X. 🦬 This is contrarian and goes against the herd. Many other Whales have been selling and leaving for years. 🔴 95% consensus is negative and Anti-PulseChain 🟢 5% remain (hence -50% crash this week)

🇺🇸 PRESIDENT TRUMP @realDonaldTrump AN AMERICAN CITIZEN NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION. Dear Mr. President, Richard Heart @RichardHeartWin (Richard James Schueler), an American citizen and founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was reportedly detained in Istanbul, Turkey, on October 14, 2026, following an INTERPOL Red Notice requested by FINLAND. There is significant confusion surrounding his detention, particularly the characterization of the allegations as a “$1 BILLION cryptocurrency fraud in the United States and Finland.” THE AMERICAN PUBLIC DESERVES THE ACTUAL FACTS. 🇺🇸 1. THE U.S. SEC CASE WAS CIVIL, NOT CRIMINAL. In July 2023, the SEC filed a civil enforcement lawsuit alleging that Richard Heart raised more than $1 billion through unregistered cryptocurrency offerings and misappropriated approximately $12.1 million. These were allegations in a CIVIL securities lawsuit, not a federal criminal indictment. 🇺🇸 2. A FEDERAL JUDGE DISMISSED THE ENTIRE SEC CASE. On February 28, 2025, U.S. District Judge Carol Bagley Amon dismissed ALL claims brought by the SEC, finding that the agency had failed to establish sufficient grounds for U.S. jurisdiction over the alleged conduct. The SEC was granted an opportunity to amend its complaint. On April 21, 2025, the SEC formally notified the court that it would NOT file an amended complaint. THE SEC CASE ENDED. THE SEC DID NOT PURSUE IT FURTHER. 🇺🇸 3. THERE IS NO PUBLICLY KNOWN U.S. CRIMINAL INDICTMENT. There is no publicly established U.S. criminal indictment or U.S.-requested INTERPOL Red Notice against Richard Heart. The dismissed SEC civil lawsuit should not be represented as an ongoing American criminal prosecution. 🇫🇮 4. THE INTERPOL RED NOTICE ORIGINATED FROM FINLAND. Finland requested an INTERPOL Red Notice in December 2024 in connection with allegations of aggravated TAX FRAUD. This is a separate Finnish criminal matter, not the dismissed American SEC lawsuit. An INTERPOL Red Notice is a request for international law-enforcement cooperation. It is NOT an international arrest warrant, a conviction, or proof of guilt. 🇹🇷 5. TURKEY’S PUBLIC DESCRIPTION RAISES SERIOUS QUESTIONS. Turkish authorities have reportedly characterized Richard Heart as a suspect in a “$1 billion cryptocurrency fraud in the United States and Finland.” But the $1 billion figure closely resembles the allegations from the SEC’s previously dismissed civil lawsuit. Why are allegations from a discontinued American civil case being presented alongside an unrelated Finnish tax investigation? What precisely is the legal basis for his detention? Has Finland submitted a formal extradition request? Are Turkish authorities distinguishing between allegations, pending proceedings, and dismissed lawsuits? These questions deserve transparent answers. 🇺🇸 6. MR. PRESIDENT, WE ARE ASKING FOR DUE PROCESS, NOT SPECIAL TREATMENT. Richard Heart is an American citizen. Regardless of anyone’s personal opinion of him or his cryptocurrency projects, he deserves fair treatment and the protections available under applicable international and Turkish law. We respectfully ask your administration and @StateDept to: • Confirm his current detention and legal status. • Ensure appropriate U.S. consular access and assistance. • Clarify the allegations underlying Finland’s INTERPOL Red Notice. • Verify whether any formal extradition request has been submitted. • Seek clarification of any inaccurate public characterization of the dismissed U.S. SEC proceedings. • Ensure his legal rights and access to counsel are respected.

Dear crypto leaders @cz_binance @VitalikButerin @toly @brian_armstrong @EricTrump, The reported arrest of Richard Heart in Turkey raises serious concerns about due process, property rights, and how governments apply local laws to crypto. Whether you support Richard Heart or not, these principles matter to everyone in crypto. We ask you to stand for his right to fair treatment, due process, and a fair trial. Today it is Richard Heart. Tomorrow it could be anyone.

The INTERPOL red notice was requested only by Finland (issued December 2024). The offence listed on it is aggravated tax fraud (törkeä veropetos) covering roughly June 2020–April 2024. The well-known U.S. case was a civil SEC lawsuit from 2023 alleging unregistered securities offerings (HEX, PulseChain, PulseX) that raised over $1 billion and misappropriation of ~$12 million. That case was dismissed in February 2025 for lack of personal jurisdiction; the SEC did not refile. There is no reported U.S. criminal indictment, no U.S. red notice, and the U.S. is not seeking his extradition.

🚨 DIE KRYPTO-COMMUNITY IST ENDGÜLTIG VERKOMMEN! Ganz ehrlich, Leute. 🔥 NOT YOUR KEYS, NOT YOUR COINS. UND OHNE PRIVATSPHÄRE GIBT ES KEINE ECHTE FINANZIELLE FREIHEIT.

PulseChain is a decentralized network built to operate without relying on external funding. All of our development work is self-funded. The blockchain continues to operate as designed, regardless of the challenges we face. I believe Richard Heart is a good and innocent man, and I have faith that he will be alright. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Bridge to PulseChain and become part of one of the strongest and most resilient communities in crypto.

.@adam3us called me a "scammer and con-artist." His Bitcoin sidechain just got hacked for $320 million of BTC. How's that bag of dicks taste Adam? Adam is CEO/cofounder of blockstream btw. P.S. PulseChain is better than your trash. Loser, lol. Also, shout out @Excellion, @NickSzabo4 & other Blockstream hoes. Lol. Kneel. P.P.S Magnanimus in victory. BTW, some large portion of Bitcoin has despised blockstream for many many reasons for a very long time. It's probably the majority opinion if I had to guess. A cancer upon $BTC.

Ivan you have always been a loser. 99% of money you made in Crypto was not because of your calls or crypto knowledge. It was because you Destroy your audience promoting Margin trading on CEX's like Bybit and such trash. Everytime you mention RH and HEX/PLS you do it in a derogatory way like the small baby child which you are. Imagine having the retarded laugh of the "Yes yes yes, EhHeHeh" and never changing that ridiculous laugh. I couldn't hear that retard laugh one more time, im telling you. Stop farming this community for Twitter engagement which you naturaly lost overtime. Be honest Ivan, time to grow, be honest and become a man right?

You’re looking at the cheapest high-upside play on $PulseChain right now. $SOLIDX has been quietly setting up textbook higher lows while everyone sleeps. Retesting $0.40 real soon, and at $8M MC, the next leg up is going to leave people chasing heavy. Trust the @FirewhaleWin

What are you talking about simp? I spent millions of dollars of my 8M$ sac bag pumping my coins, instead of dumping cores and bridging out. I was good to this chain. My coins changed peoples lives, got hundreds of DM's from those who believed. Made Randi, Axis turn from low profiting youtubers to millionaire crypto co-founders. Taking into consideration Pulsechain sentiment and price action along with mainstream crypto sentiment have taken a toll on my coins. My coin launches especially SolidX were nothing but a piece of heaven in the dark dungeons of meme coin trading. SolidX did 60.000x in 12 days, if you check SolidX/PLS chart you will see it has the highest rise in prise on a 12 day period, more than any other coin on Pulsechain including RH coins. My coins rank top 3 as coins with more LP paired with RH cores. Sorry to tell you but the same way my coins got affected by Pulsechain to the downside over the last years, they will be affected to the upside as well if the upside comes. Given my coins have a smaller mCap than RH cores, there is a good chance they can outperform the cores since there is LP between them. Stay tuned simp, only time will tell.

🚨#Pulsechain Announcement 🚨 I had to hold it back for a long time but we can now talk about it. @FirewhaleWin didn’t even know and he paid for it. BK ICE WARS signed a show slot with ESPN as they are interested in our sport that we created, ICE HOCKEY FIGHTING! The last event was actually taped for ESPN and will be airing next month 👀. That’s right #Pulsechain will be on ESPN. We have 2 30 second commercial slots available so if anybody wants to them hit me up.
