Last week we hosted our annual Prize Giving at @RichmondTheatre. A truly wonderful occasion to celebrate our girls’ success over the past year. Thank you Nikki from @antarctic_fire for your inspiring speech.

Was great catching up with @Dany_Cotton this morning! Looking forward to @WFSUK1 weekend when we’ve got the whole team together!❄️🔥😇
I also had a great catch up with some fabulous @LondonFire crews trialling new BA sets, including @FireIceNikki who gave me an update on the @antarctic_fire team’s progress. As a lovely bonus I met Smokey the new FI dog with handler Darren. She’s gorgeous 🥰🥰!

We want to talk about loneliness & how it can impact our mental health. The pandemic has had a big impact on this disrupting relationships with friends & family. But you’re not alone, some of us Angels have been there too and have some helpful advice.
