This is what the EU "leadership" call a Hero. A drugged up fraud, an actor, a Dictator a liar, a thief, a killer of his own people. What does that tell you about those European "leaders?"

Not sleepwalking into WWIII, as FT headline misleadingly says. More like rushing into it like lemmings under the influence of non-stop anti-Russia propaganda from Western so-called news media. Western media never give any historical background for the causes of this conflict, or analyse that it is a NATO proxy war to provoke Russia using Ukraine as cannon fodder.

🚨When They Blame Putin for Starting the War, Show Them This. 🚨How the War Started 2014 in Mariupol... 🚨May 9, 2014 Several people are reported to have died in some of the worst clashes yet between Ukrainian forces and pro-russian in the eastern city of Mariupol. 🚨The Ukrainian leadership decided that they could simply kill or intimidate everyone dissatisfied with the illegal change of power. And the war began. The entire "civilized world" was silent even then - it was also silent for all eight years of the destruction of the free Donbass. Today’s war cannot be understood without first understanding the U.S. government’s role in Ukraine's Maidan.

EUROCLEAR : The Canary in the Coal Mine of Europe If Russia Reclaims Frozen Assets Through the Courts, Euroclear’s Fiduciary Model Faces Systemic Shock By @SMO_VZ A recent Financial Times analysis by Martin Sandbu, @MESandbu , has drawn attention for its relatively sanguine assessment of Euroclear’s exposure to roughly €230–300 billion in immobilised Russian central-bank assets. Sandbu argues that the Belgian central securities depository is “too big to destabilise” and that Belgium itself is too small to absorb the fiscal fallout if Moscow eventually succeeds in recovering the funds—an outcome he treats as possible but manageable. What the piece underplays, according to specialists familiar with the legal architecture of the European clearing system, is the deeper structural risk: a successful Russian claim pursued through both international and domestic courts would not merely create a contingent liability for Belgium; it would call into question the security of the far larger stock of third-party assets that Euroclear holds as fiduciary. Euroclear, like its Luxembourg counterpart Clearstream, operates under a tightly constrained statutory mandate. It is licensed as a bank, yet its core function, defined in Belgian legislation and its own charter, is that of a fiduciary or trustee. Customer securities and cash are not treated as assets of the depository; legal title remains with the depositors. Even in the event of Euroclear’s insolvency, those assets would fall outside the insolvency estate and would be available for return to their owners. The framework was deliberately designed to insulate the global securities market from the commercial risks that ordinary banks are permitted to take. Because the institution sits at the centre of European and international settlement, it is prohibited from assuming the very exposures that normal commercial banks routinely accept. The immobilisation of Russian central-bank reserves has tested that architecture. Western governments and the European Union have treated the assets as available for political use—initially through a freeze, later through proposals for windfall profits or outright transfer to Ukraine. From the Russian perspective, these steps constitute an expropriation without due process or compensation, a breach of the principles of sovereign immunity and private-property protection that underwrite cross-border securities markets. Moscow has already signalled its intention to contest the measures in competent jurisdictions. If Russian authorities obtain favourable judgments in international arbitration or in Belgian or other European courts, which according to most experts in this field, will be succesful, thenEuroclear would face enforceable claims for restitution of the principal, accrued interest, and potentially damages, whixh today may constitute an amount of principal plus 40 to 70% , enough to bankrupt Euroclear, and destabilise the already weakened European banking system. The scale of the exposure matters less than the precedent. Euroclear’s total assets under custody are measured in the tens of trillions of euros—figures in the region of €40 trillion or more have been cited in market commentary. Those holdings include sovereign bonds, corporate securities, and collateral belonging to central banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and private institutions worldwide. If courts were to rule that a politically motivated freeze or transfer of one state’s assets can be reversed, depositors elsewhere would have grounds to question whether their own holdings remain fully insulated from similar future decisions. The perception that “securities” are no longer secure because a political authority can recharacterise them as available for confiscation would be difficult to contain. Suggestions that the European Central Bank could compel Euroclear to “split off the risky part of its balance sheet into a separate entity” do not resolve the problem; they merely relocate it. Because the Russian assets are not Euroclear’s own assets in the first place, any such separation would still amount to a forced reallocation of third-party property. It would also require legislative or regulatory changes that further erode the statutory protections written into Belgian law precisely to prevent the depository from taking commercial risk. Market participants who rely on the clean separation between fiduciary assets and the depository’s own balance sheet would interpret the manoeuvre as confirmation that the separation can be overridden when political priorities demand it. The banking and securities community would not wait for final appellate judgments before reacting. Once credible legal proceedings are under way and preliminary injunctions or attachment orders become possible, counterparties could begin to demand higher haircuts, additional collateral, or outright withdrawal of positions settled through Euroclear. Liquidity in euro-denominated securities could thin; funding spreads for European banks that rely on the system for collateral management could widen. Because Euroclear and Clearstream are systemically important financial market infrastructures, any sustained loss of confidence would transmit rapidly into the broader clearing and settlement ecosystem. The very concentration that makes the institutions “too big to fail” in normal times would amplify the panic once the legal premise of their operations is contested. Russia’s position, framed in legal rather than purely political terms, is that the assets remain the property of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and must be returned once hostilities end or earlier if courts so order. Western officials have repeatedly asserted that the measures are temporary and reversible, yet the practical effect of prolonged immobilisation, coupled with proposals for permanent transfer, has been to treat the reserves as a de facto source of financing. A judicial finding that this treatment violates applicable property and immunity rules would not be an isolated victory for Moscow; it would reaffirm that the legal architecture of international securities markets cannot be subordinated to wartime expediency without systemic consequence. Specialists who helped design the depositor-protection regimes for Euroclear and Clearstream have noted that those regimes were intended to survive precisely the kind of political pressure now being applied. Whether they will continue to do so depends less on the size of any single state’s reserves than on the willingness of courts and regulators to uphold the distinction between fiduciary custody and sovereign discretion. If that distinction collapses under the weight of claims that Russia is entitled to pursue, the resulting uncertainty would not be confined to one set of frozen assets. It would raise the cost of holding securities inside the European clearing system and, by extension, inside any jurisdiction whose authorities have asserted a comparable right to reallocate foreign central-bank property. In that scenario the immediate fiscal exposure of Belgium would be only the most visible symptom of a wider loss of confidence in the security of cross-border holdings. A holder of $40 Trillions of other people's securities is very very quiet on a subject matter that according to many in the industry, is a day of reckoning if Russia calls its bluff. Russia has not played this hand yet, and why not? What are they waiting for? Do they know something that the Euroclear Executives dont know, and if they do, why are the alarm bells not ringing in Brussels? Even the CEO of the depository that holds the assets has warned that the proposed course looks like confiscation, creates an unmanageable imbalance, and risks destabilising the system. If Russia continues to press those claims through the courts and obtains enforceable relief, the resulting uncertainty will not be limited to one set of frozen reserves. It will raise the cost of holding securities inside the European clearing architecture and signal to the wider banking community that property rights in the system are contingent on political calculation. That is the pathway to systemic panic. Key statements by Euroclear CEO Valérie Urbain Belgian radio / VRT, 5 December 2025: proposal “is not realistic,” could “destabilise the international financial system,” creates “a very large imbalance,” may amount to “confiscation”; better used in peace talks. vrt.be/vrtnws/en/2025/12/05/… brusselstimes.com/1868961/eu… politico.eu/article/euroclea… Corriere della Sera interview, 10 December 2025: “looks a lot like confiscation,” violates sovereign immunity, high likelihood of being interpreted as confiscation, risk of default if unable to reimburse Russia. corriere.it/economia/finanza… Le Monde (November 2025): Ready to challenge EU orders in court; anything resembling confiscation is illegal under the international law of sovereign assets; credibility and trust are essential for market stability. Once again we wake up to the news of horrible atrocities by Russia through its aerial attacks on Ukraine. Russia must pay for the destruction it has caused. And we are using the proceeds from the immobilised Russian assets to make sure it does. We are making a further €1.4 billion of them available to Ukraine. This will support Ukraine's continued resistance against Russia's illegal war. link.europa.eu/k7fw88

Scratch a Liberal, find a fascist.
🇺🇸🇮🇱⚔️🇵🇸🧵 ZOHRAN MAMDANI — THE LEFT-WING OF AMERICAN IMPERIALISM The betrayal of Zohran Mamdani should come as a shock to absolutely no one. Joseph Stalin once correctly said that social democracy is the moderate wing of fascism and the Democratic Socialists of America is a prime example of this reality. The social democrats of this country have always been the left-wing of American fascism and imperial finance capital. The writing was on the wall from the moment Mamdani entered the Democratic primaries. During his campaign, he lobbied aggressively for endorsements from JPMorgan and received them from the Soros family, Barack Obama and Iraq War architect Bill Kristol. He did propaganda for US regime change efforts in Cuba and Venezuela, while even promising to arrest Vladimir Putin on the fabricated ICC charges which stemmed from a NATO-funded Yale report that debunked its own allegations. It’s no wonder he won the support of the most prominent neocon in modern history. And immediately after winning the election, he also gained Donald Trump’s approval. From there, the walking back of his promise to arrest Netanyahu, the refusal to disband the Strategic Response Group, and reappointing Jessica Tisch as the NYPD Commissioner became inevitable. And make no mistake. Zohran Mamdani had the legal authority to arrest Netanyahu under the War Crimes Act and the Genocide Accountability Act due to Israel’s crimes in Gaza as well as the murder of American citizens. Under Title 18 US Code 3041, the mayor has the authority to arrest an individual for such offenses with no immunity exception for heads of state. However, there were two reasons in particular why Mamdani chose not to arrest Netanyahu. Firstly, even if it didn’t result in a criminal prosecution, it would’ve exposed the Democrats and Republicans as a UniParty because I can guarantee that every member of Congress, including those on the Progressive Caucus, would have lobbied for his release. And secondly, Mamdani’s administration, as well as the DSA in general, has become completely captured by the ADL and the American Jewish Committee, carrying on the legacy of DSA’s foundations in Labor Zionism. This new “Strategy to Combat Antisemitism” is merely an extension of the police state and a continuation of the crackdown on free speech that defined Eric Adams’ tenure. Mamdani has now essentially adopted the IHRA definition of antisemitism which classifies all criticism of Israel as anti-Jewish hatred and business advisory council Mamdani formed has partnered with NYPD and specifically instructed them that the keffiyeh and watermelon are “antisemitic symbols.” That has now translated into official policy meant to silence and protect any kind of criticism of Israel in the form of Mamdani’s “Strategy to Combat Antisemitism.” Much like the European Union, Mamdani is weaponizing the IHRA definition, as well as the hoax assertion that “antisemitism is on the rise” in order to justify mass surveillance and censorship. He is even partnering with Rebecca Weiner, NYPD’s Counterterrorism Bureau chief who led the espionage operations and violent crackdown on Pro-Palestine protestors at Columbia University in 2024. She also oversees the Counterterrorism Bureau’s liaison offices in Tel Aviv where she receives daily updates from Israel, and leads the human terrain mapping of NYC residence, described by the Associated Press as a CIA, Mossad, and NYPD guided spy program on New Yorkers. Worst of all, when announcing the Strategy to Combat Antisemitsm, Mamdani invoked the Talmud, the most demonic book ever written since the beginning of human history. The book was essentially a reaction to Jesus Christ’s teachings and formally declares that all non-Jews are slaves and that Jews reserve the right to rape and murder non-Jewish women and children at will, a practice that Israel and its supporters have committed themselves to ever since 1948.

Fuelling Moscow’s war machine? U.S. and Europe are buying record levels of Russian energy exports October 16, 2026 The war in Ukraine has always been about fomenting a proxy war to defeat Russia. https://strategic-culture. su/news/2026/10/16/fuelling-moscows-war-machine-u-s-and-europe-are-buying-record-levels-of-russian-energy-exports/ The contradictions are absurd but instructive of the criminal proxy war that the U.S. and European powers have perpetrated against Russia under the guise of “defending Ukraine”. Western sanctions on Russia – the most heavily sanctioned nation on Earth – were meant to supposedly punish Moscow for its alleged unprovoked aggression against Ukraine. The United States recently signed into law a “sanctions bill from hell” in honor of the late war hawk Senator Lindsey Graham, aimed at crushing the Russian economy, principally by shutting down its energy exports. Likewise, the European Union has implemented more than 20 rounds of sanctions imposed on Russia over the past four years, again purportedly to block Russian exports of oil and gas. The EU has vowed to terminate all Russian energy imports by the end of this year. The official rationale out of Washington and European capitals is to exact retribution on Russia for its alleged invasion and violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty. Western embargoes on Russia’s economy were immediately announced after Moscow launched its Special Military Operation in February 2022. (The real background to the SMO – unreported by Western media – was the NATO-backed coup in Kiev in 2014, and the arming of NeoNazis to conduct a proxy war against Russia.) The U.S. and European Union, as well as Britain of course, presented the attempted economic blockade of Russia as a demonstration of the West enforcing international law and supporting Ukraine. The latter is portrayed in Western media as a fair maiden of democracy assailed by a drooling Russian tyrant. In a nutshell, the sanctions are sold to the Western public as a plausible way of neutralizing “Russia’s war machine.” If Moscow’s oil and gas exports could be cut off, then, the dubious logic goes, Russia would not be able to continue its war effort in Ukraine. However, laughably, the supposedly noble Western rationale is in tatters this week after the U.S. Treasury lifted sanctions off Russian diesel exports for the next six months in order to boost global oil supplies and curb soaring energy prices. Another shattering blow to the facade of Western “principles” was the disclosure by Russia’s energy minister, Alexander Novak, that the European Union has continued to buy Russian energy exports at nearly pre-war levels. (Cue Western media silence on that!) Since 2022, the EU has bought a total of $320 billion worth of Russian hydrocarbons. To put the expenditure in perspective, that far exceeds what the European governments have donated to Ukraine, some $226 bn, according to EU data. eeas.europa.eu/delegations/u… How’s that for a contradiction? The European governments are throwing hundreds of billions of taxpayers’ money at Ukraine supposedly to defend itself against Russia, yet these same governments are giving Russia much, much more by buying its energy resources. In other words, to use their own rhetoric, Brussels and other European capitals are “fuelling the Russian war machine.” As for the United States, it is equally duplicitous. The Americans blew up the Nord Stream pipeline in 2022 so that Europe would not be at the mercy of Russian oil dependency. Washington also imposed sanctions on Russian energy while increasing its more expensive gas exports to Europe. Yet last Friday, October 9, President Donald Trump announced, to the dismay and alarm of the Europeans and Ukraine, that he had made a deal with Vladimir Putin to release 3.5 million tonnes of Russian diesel onto the world market to ease pressure on crippling pump prices. Whatever happened to American laws against “trading with the enemy”? Of course, Trump is desperate for relief over record-high fuel prices as a result of his criminal aggression against Iran and Iran’s closure of the Persian Gulf oil route in retaliation. With the mid-term Congressional elections only three weeks away, Trump is seeking to assuage angry American consumers and spare his Republican Party from an electoral drubbing that will tarnish his presidency. Out of sheer expedience, Trump wants Russian diesel exports to save his political neck. Some observers may question whether Moscow should oblige Trump considering that Washington is arming the NeoNazi Kiev regime with missiles and intelligence. Perhaps the Kremlin is calculating that Trump could finally pull off a peace deal in Ukraine. Another smart move by Moscow, perhaps, is that the diesel deal with Trump has managed to unleash a storm of recriminations from Europe and Ukraine, which is severely undermining the transatlantic axis. Is this political judo by Putin? The European NATO partners and the Kiev puppet president Vladimir Zelensky reacted with unprecedented insults and defiance of Trump. They accused the American leader of treachery and of siding with Russia. Within Washington, Trump has also been lambasted for “betrayal”. Trump and his aides hit back furiously, dismissing the Europeans as “hypocrites” over their own record purchases of Russian energy exports. Trump even called for Zelensky to be replaced by someone who he can work with. For his part, Zelensky doubled down with truculence, badmouthing Trump for being “weak” and accusing him of putting Ukrainian lives at risk. He refused to stop Ukrainian air strikes on Russia’s oil refineries, as requested by the White House. And the little money-grabbing, narco-Führer also attempted blackmail by suggesting to Trump that he would halt air attacks on Russian energy infrastructure “if” the Pentagon supplied more Patriot missiles. Trump’s anger has exploded over Zelensky and his European patrons. He sees their obstruction of his diesel deal with Russia as not only hypocritical but a political attack on his presidency ahead of the crucial November polls. The debacle is a rich farce. American and European posturing is seen for what it is, without any principle or genuine motives. It is a plague on all their houses. Both the U.S. and its European partners are buying Russian energy like never before to sustain their struggling economies. The sanctions they imposed on Russia never had anything to do with “upholding international law” or “defending Ukraine”. Using their own disingenuous logic, the NATO nations are fuelling the Russian war machine with their continuing business-as-usual purchase of Russia’s oil and gas. That contradiction, in turn, exposes the fraud of the war in Ukraine. It was never about defending democratic Ukraine – a corrupt NeoNazi dictatorship – or European security from Russian “threat”. The whole murderous episode has always been about fomenting a proxy war to defeat Russia. That covert policy is a gargantuan crime of aggression that has cost millions of lives and bankrupted Western societies. What’s more, it is an utterly failed policy which Western governments are covering up to avoid accountability. The destruction and deception go hand in hand. What is all the more damning is that this travesty could have been easily exposed years ago if the Western news media had actually reported on facts instead of being the propaganda service they so evidently are to enable criminal aggression by their imperialist masters.

A simple truth Americans must grasp for change to occur: Voting under capitalism has always been an illusion. There is no democracy for the people when the rich own & control both parties. As Lenin put it: “Democracy for the rich, that is the democracy of capitalist society.”

London Calling... Zelensky traipses to Downing St this week like modern-day Dick Whittington... in search of fortune fix as Trump loses patience with his incessant wheedling. UK's Burnham is too stupid or pliable to realize how much British taxpayers are being scammed to prop up the Kiev regime. On a more serious note, it looks like London is positioning itself to take control of the Ukraine project to prolong the war and provoke Russia.

⚠️ Ukraine's Defeat Is Already Decided. How Many More Ukrainian Men Must Die While the West Supports a War that Can’t be Won? I argue that no amount of additional U.S. aid or ammunition can change the outcome of the Ukraine war because it devolved into a war of attrition, and all the decisive advantages are on Russia's side. Ukraine has shown remarkable innovation with drones and missiles, but it will never be enough to overcome the massive Russian advantages. I also argue that cutting support would not condemn Ukraine to defeat because, in my view, that outcome has already been determined. The real question is how many more Ukrainian lives will be lost before Zelensky and European leaders admit reality and pursue a diplomatic end to the war.
