Keeping checking the offer to make sure I’ve not imagined it…But INSANELY grateful to @ace_national to have been awarded a #DYCP grant to develop my knowledge & skills as a director. 2nd time lucky! Gutted for anyone who didn't get the award they'd hoped for but do keep at it 💪🏼

I was fortunate enough to be commissioned to write a play for @rxtheatre and their Tameside Ambassadors 🤩 Inspired by real stories of Tameside!
We’re doing a rehearsed reading of the piece in Guide Bridge on Friday October 1st if you’re about 👍🏼

Such a pleasure directing this piece with a brilliant cast and a stunning venue @53two 😍 #theatre #manchester

Gutted this beautiful piece won’t take the form we ideally wanted. But still a complete pleasure to work in a stunning venue with a fantastic cast 🥰
This week we should have opened our ‘pop-up’ studio space with @TheArdenActors w/ @RachelMcMurray1. Alas, #Covid has beaten us & we’ve had to cancel. However, it’s going ahead to be filmed & it will be a joy to see 53two back doing what it does best! 💜💙#Manchester #Theatre

An absolute must read. For everyone in our industry! Clearly articulates some of the key issues freelancers in the theatre industry face. Many hit home, particularly when you see them on paper 🤯
