Saturday morning gratitude 🌅
Posting to show my addiction what recovery brings. I never had energy to do this in addiction. Every Saturday was ruined. Worked hard the last few days to stop letting it cloud my mind to the truth.
Got through so much this year. Recovery going strong, until this week..
I HAD to go to the hills today to fix my thoughts & think clearly. Got too complacent.
Also posting to get back in the recovery world, I don’t wanna slip.
Hello 👋
I haven’t posted for a while bc life has truly been testing me non stop. Not in a very good place but I wanted to share one positive that despite how heavy things have felt I have stayed sober 🤷♀️ ok that’s all
I am SO glad im sober.. more than ever before. It’s been THE hardest most emotional exhausting time & ive been needed 100% 24/7. It’s only bc I’m sober ive been able to be there
Drink/drugs don’t get me through hard days but my recovery does. Very grateful.
Been going through an emotionally exhausting time for 5 months straight. It’s been non stop issues. Sharing this purely to show we can get through hard times sober & recovery does get easier. Using wouldn’t make anything better.
How a sunny weekend looks in recovery
Lots of adventures 💚🍃
Very different to how it used to be where the reality was using indoors full of paranoia & regret
Today took a huge turn for the worse. Having palpitations from the stress. But I’m sober. Because recovery isn’t conditional for the ‘good days’. Holding onto hope that better days aren’t too far away 🙏🏼

One of the best parts about beating addiction is you no longer have a full time job feeding your addiction.
Making sure I always had cocaine came before EVERYTHING. Friends, family, hobbies all gone.
5+ years of freedom. Life rebuilt. It’s possible!
#recoveryposse
Hello recovery world, had an unplanned break, came back to a few concerned dms. I’m good! I’ve been working, spending time with family, travelling, just navigating through every day life & my recovery continues to go well through the ups & downs 💪🏻
Been incredibly overwhelmed with stress. My head said drink to escape. My heart said get out in nature.
A cold wet foggy day, but a sober & calm one 🤍

Morning #RecoveryPosse today I am 5 years clean & sober
I’m not posting to brag but to hopefully inspire those struggling with #addiction
I used cocaine & drank every day & couldn’t see a way out
I asked @DjLeeButler for help & found freedom
Ask for help. Please share/RT!
Going through the saddest most painful rollercoaster experience of my life. My heart hurts. I’m fatigued. Yet the world carries on as normal around me & I have to act ok. If only there was a pause button 😮💨
Just another Saturday hangover/comedown free. Not a moment is wasted. I love how this is now normal life. Forever grateful for this freedom I now have 🤍
