I'm KOBE. Please could I ask you to help me? My mum cries every morning & night. I have little people at home who love me & a big sister I miss so much. I don't know where I am & how to get home. I lived in a place called Sevenoaks. If you see me can you tell my mum where I am?

Imagine your cat is stolen, and the microchip database emails you: the new 'keeper' wants to update the registration. Under the current rules, finders, new owners or even thieves can end up as the registered microchip keeper. We can close this loophole if you sign and share this important #petition and don’t forget to verify your signature by the email sent to you. Amend microchip rules to prevent stolen pets being re-registered without consent! Petition: Amend microchip rules to prevent stolen pets being re-registered without consent

We call on Defra to amend The Microchipping of Cats and Dogs (England) Regulations 2023. Databases must not transfer keeper registration for a lost or stolen pet if the original keeper is contactable...

Two years ago today Kobe vanished. At approx 1pm on the 3 Aug 2019 his GPS tracker stopped. After noting that Kobe had been in the same spot for an hour, which was very unusual for him, his mum Danella Scott went to check on him.
