If Jensen's pricing is accurate, here is how much your favorite data center/neocloud name would be worth:
- $HUT: plans to have 8.375 GW --> $670B-838B
- $RIOT: plans to have 6 GW --> $480-600B
- $NBIS: plans to have 5 GW --> $400-500B
- $IREN: plans to have 5 GW --> $400-500B
- $SLNH: plans to have 4.3 GW --> $344-430B
- $CLSK: plans to have 3.5 GW --> $280-350B
- $CRWV: plans to have 3.5 GW --> $280-350B
- $CIFR: plans to have 3.4 GW --> $272-340B
- $MARA: plans to have 3.3 GW --> $264-330B
- $WULF: plans to have 2.9 GW --> $232-290B
- $KEEL: plans to have 2.2 GW --> $176-220B
- $WYFI: plans to have 1.5 GW --> $120-150B
- $NUAI: plans to have 1.4 GW --> $112-140B
Now, obviously this would be insane, but just for fun, here are some calculations to see the % gain if you bought RIGHT NOW at their current MC and held until their implied value:
- $HUT: +5,205% to +6,535%
- $RIOT: +5,050% to +6,338%
- $NBIS: +597% to +771%
- $IREN: +1,958% to +2,472%
- $SLNH: +163,866% to +204,857% !!!!!!
- $CLSK: +6,883% to +8,628%
- $CRWV: +357% to +471%
- $CIFR: +2,863% to +3,604%
- $MARA: +5,517% to +6,921%
- $WULF: +1,851% to +2,339%
- $KEEL: +5,577% to +6,997%
- $WYFI: +13,255% to +16,594%
- $NUAI: +22,699% to +28,398%
Now there are obviously a TON of nuances and implications behind these, so do not take these as face value and this post is most certainly NFA!!!
However, I've been saying that energy will be the next phase of the bottleneck after memory, so it will be interesting to see just how valuable the companies leasing the energy to the data centers and the ones producing the energy will be.
I certainly forgot some names, but feel free to see how your other favorite names would look if this were to come true!
$HUT CEO Asher Genoot: “We have over 8 gigawatts in our development pipeline.”
Jensen Huang has priced future AI data centers at $80B to $100B per gigawatt.

This is getting disappointing. This is about to make it's first lower low since Apr. '25.
Speaking of Apr. '25, RSI is LOWER than it was then...
Either this is setting up the BIGGEST bear trap of all time, or they are about to go bankrupt.
Which side are you taking @jbelizaireCEO ?
$AMAT
Last week's candle was disgusting, but we seem to be holding the S/R zone quite well while the RSI is the most oversold it's been since...
Sep. '25, right when this massive rally from $150 to $750 began.
Now I'm not saying there will be another 4x, but I could see this getting back to or near ATH under the right circumstances.
$KEEL
Tried to warn people, but instead I received hate messages and questioning my intelligence.
I was only calling for a pullback but bagholders were made 😂 If only people could drop the ego and look at another perspective.
Sentiment really is an amazing indicator, isn't it...
$KEEL
Classic example of buy the rumor sell the fact.
Markets have been going up in anticipation of a deal or some sort of announcement. Now it seems that we may see a minor pullback to form a handle in a C&H.
This one has been an absolute beast, up over 230% since retesting the TL.
$KEEL
Bag ho- I mean shareholders need this bad. We are still making higher lows since IPO, but this needs a reversal, and soon.
However, with price being as oversold as it is, there are several gaps above while we accumulate on the volume shelf...
I've been saying that the forward looking ideology was nice until FUD came around and there still wasn't any execution done. @keelinfra_ promised deals by EOY and it's mid October with no deals.
$OUST
Oh my...
Very oversold, the RSI is very overextended. Price has fallen right into the volume shelf where it is holding for now. The VWAP has been holding for now, but we need some strength ASAP.
We are still consolidating in this wedge while price is retesting the previous highs. With a beta of +4, this will easily go sub $20 if there is more weakness.
$SYM
Barely holding onto the IPO VWAP. However, price did hold the lower TL when it was tested.
While the PA has been lackluster the last several months. The base being formed is a good sign. Moreover, the declining volume has shown that sellers are getting exhausted.
That said, every bounce is being sold off, so either institutions are trying to keep this down, or it could go lower.
However, we're still holding onto the IPO VWAP while there is a 15% SI...

Chart isn't looking it's best, but there still is another 10 days for the monthly candle to form a solid lower wick.
Price had free fell straight into the volume shelf where it seemed to find a nice (interim) bottom. It certainly can go lower, but with raised guidance and analyst upgrades, this just got hit with the rest of the sector. Nothing has changed.
$OPEN
Are all the bulls gone? I think this is ready for its reversal...
**NFA** but this seems like a decent entry point. Risk is -65% to the lower volume shelf. I don't see that happening but I also didn't see this going below $4 again sooo...
Software has been performing well over the last few months and this has been lagging.
C'mon @nejatian !!! Give us some good news!
$KRKNF
I'll just leave this here...
Still respecting the TL while the MACD nears a cross and the RSI is about to break out. Declining volume since the highs but the last several sessions have had volume over the 30d average.
I'm not sure if the entire defense sector will rally but this one looks promising.
$ONDS
At a crossroads here...
Are you team wedge breakout or head and shoulders?
We have lost the previous lows, but it could end up being a bear trap. That said, we have made 3 consecutive lower highs.
One thing I am looking at is the declining volume (for the most part). The only real volume is coming from green days or a few sessions before a rally begins.
That being said, I don't think this will bounce or bottom until a base is made and there is much more buying being done.
From what I'm seeing, it seems that this downward move over the last few weeks was either a deleveraging or a shakeout move.
Based on the low volume, slow bleeding moves with no help whatsoever, it seems that whales or MMs wanted to get retail out. Particularly those who are over leveraged.
Just by looking at these charts and how most of their RSIs are EXTREMELY oversold makes me think that this bounce is going to be violent.
The question is: "will it be a deadcat bounce or a reversal?"
I'm wondering if MMs did all this to shakout and deleverage retail, then have high beta names rip 10%, 20%, 25%+ to trap them, and then continue lower.
What do you think?
