Step 4: Choose who approves it, then submit (The employer-selection step has largely been removed from the EPFO PF transfer process.)
→ Pick your current or previous employer to attest → Submit with Aadhaar OTP
Now: The EPFO source office approves the transfer of the old PF balance.
Step 5: Track it
→Online Services → Track Claim Status → It’s done only when your new passbook shows the old balance and your past service

Shantanu's records had three problems at once: missing Annexure K, EPS discrepancies and ECR errors. Each needed a different fix, in the right order. What he wanted most was someone to tell him what came next at every stage. Samruddhi stayed with him through each one, explaining and following up until it was sorted.
Ritika had already tried her transfer on her own, and it was rejected more than once. By the time she reached us on a friend’s recommendation, she had been at it for a long time. Kunal’s first job was finding exactly where it was stuck. Then came the slow part: fixing things in sequence, plus on-ground follow-ups with the EPFO office when the system alone wasn’t moving. It took months, and she stayed patient through all of it.
Satya is a Chartered Accountant, so understanding PF was never his problem. The problem was time. Chasing PF paperwork means calls, follow-ups and weeks of waiting, and he wanted all of that off his plate. Sometimes knowing how something works matters less than having the time and energy to see it through. Mamta took it on and handled every step until his issues were cleared and his withdrawal could move forward.
Abdul's Case came down to persistence. It didn’t move the first time, or the second, so we kept following up. Tanisha stayed on it and kept him informed at every step until it was done.
Different problems, different timelines, different roadblocks. What they shared was rejections we had to understand before we could fix them, weeks when there was no update to give, and EPFO follow-ups that never show up on a status tracker.
None of it works without trust from the other side. Thank you all, for believing in us when progress was slow, and for sharing your stories.
Samruddhi Parulekar, Kunal, Mamta Punnalla and Tanisha: these reviews are about your work.
And we’ll keep doing this, one PF case at a time.

Our rule of thumb:
Once the correction shows on your profile, wait a day or two before filing any claim.
Fix it before you need the money, not after a claim gets rejected.

Our rule of thumb:
Check your PF wages after every hike, job switch or rule change, like this year’s new ₹25,000 ceiling.
5 minutes a year can be worth lakhs at retirement.

Our rule of thumb is simple:
Withdraw what the expense needs, not what you're eligible for.
