Aivosäätiö on myöntänyt 49 tutkijalle apurahan aivoihin ja hermostoon liittyvään tieteelliseen tutkimukseen. Aiheina tänä vuonna ovat muun muassa lasten epilepsiakirurgian pitkäaikaiset vaikutukset, Alzheimerin taudin diagnosointi silmistä sekä liikunnan puutteen vaikutukset aivoterveyteen nuorilla.

This year's topics include the long-term effects of pediatric epilepsy surgery, diagnosing Alzheimer's disease from the eyes, and the impact of physical inactivity on brain health in young people.
