According to the Ukrainian president, one of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and a logistics site were hit — targets that, he said, generate billions of dollars for the Russian war machine.
Zelensky listed the systems used in the attack: FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palyanytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen and Pelican.

An oil refinery in Moscow was attacked; protective netting and air defense systems failed to save it.
It is one of Russia's largest refineries, supplying approximately 40% of the Moscow fuel market and meeting 70% of the region's demand for gasoline and aviation fuel. Drones struck the main oil processing unit. Reports also indicate explosions at the CHPP-22 thermal power plant in Dzerzhinsky (Moscow region) and in Sofyino.
The most massive drone attack on Moscow involved more than 1,660 UAVs—according to Moscow Mayor Sobyanin.

Foreign Minister Baiba Braže put him on the persona non grata list and barred him from the country indefinitely.
The Washington Capitals forward recently appeared in a campaign video for Putin’s United Russia party and said he did it because he is “Russian and supports his country.”

Decyzja zapadła po ataku z 13 września: rosyjskie drony uderzały zaledwie kilka kilometrów od Polski, a jeden z nich trafił w lokomotywę pociągu Kijów — Warszawa około 2 km od granicy.
Teraz żołnierze 18. i 4. pułku inżynieryjnego wzmacniają przejścia graniczne oraz budują posterunki obserwacyjne i wartownicze.
Straży Granicznej polecono wydać hełmy i kamizelki kuloodporne, wyznaczyć schronienia oraz sprawdzić możliwości szybkiej ewakuacji.
