“No one hates Ashley” in a fandom where she famously gets hate for just existing is a ridiculous thing to say. You can defend your fav without lying. Come on.
The way she presses herself against him….

I always find Leon handsome whenever he was with Ashley. He always had that soft gaze and smiles with her. There is nothing so attractive than a man fond of a woman he likes 🤭
Replying to @rileyrrb
While saying Leon was only being protective of Ashley because it was his job, when that's not the whole picture, the intention of those scenes was to show Leon's growing emotional attachment to Ashley, and how those feelings also went beyond his current mission.
💅Resident Evil Requiem developers used a real wig to create Grace's Hairstyle.
According to CGWORLD 2026 November issue, before creating Grace's hairstyle in CG, the developers worked with a hair and makeup specialist to create a real wig.
👩🦳 The wig was then used as a reference for Capcom's Strand Hair technology, allowing the team to recreate her hair in detail, down to the pores of the scalp.
For the scene early in the game where Grace is hanging upside down, the developers also hung the real wig upside down to study how the hair moved, how elastic it was, and how light passed through it when backlit.
🙂 They used the results to improve the hair simulation in Strand Hair and make the movement look more convincing.
The team also created a special shader specifically for this cutscene to reproduce the redness of Grace's face, sweat, and other effects, rather than using the standard in-game shader.

Combat moves that were cut from RE4 Remake and an unused placeholder music for the opening narration of Leon ("September 30th, 1998").
- Wall hide: The animations of Leon hiding against a wall are still in the files, including some code of how it worked.
- Ladder slide: An alternative animation for going down ladders that's still in the files.
- Dodge step: 4 animations, one in each direction, to do a step dodge, which also includes some code of how it was triggered.
About the music, I have identified it as "Windmills" by Ludwig Göransson from the Tenet soundtrack. It's in both the PC and PS5 files. If you want to check it yourself: ch_mva000_se.spck (the streaming one), ID 1048099096. In the video I play it over the final intro, since only the audio is the unused version.
