Since age 5 I catalogued 2 kinds of male energy: destroy boys and build boys. I could never stand the destroy boys even though I know the human race needs them "over there" to destroy the enemy and stuff, so I made sure to marry a build boy, and now I have build sons.
God help you as a mother if you are descended from destroy boys and married a destroy boy, you're going to have a very hard time and it's going to be quite unpleasant especially since you can't really employ the destroy boy in his natural environment until 18 in current year.
Happily my 2.75 year old is already out of his destroy era and into his build boy era.

This case makes Duke Lacrosse seem like the Rape of Nanking
The more I read of the Cornell 7 case documents the angrier I get. While even the expectation of "consent check-ins" is insane in the context of a drug-fueled orgy, this woman is accusing of rape:
- guys who themselves passed out and were more intoxicated than she was by her own admission (where's their rape case?)
- guys who every time she expressed any kind of even mild wish to the contrary, stopped sexual activity and even sat her down to recover from voluntary drug-induced dizziness to make sure she was ok
- guys she explicitly and in writing told a day or two later that the sexual contact was "legal"
- three guys who had NO SEXUAL CONTACT with her whatsoever, who only walked in briefly, backed out, and went for a Big Mac
- another guy whose only sexual contact with her was a kiss
This is bonkers.

Important to remind everyone that under the model of campus adjudication pushed by the left and the Biden admin, a lot of this completely exculpatory evidence, including text messages and her statement weeks after to police, could be thrown out by a Title IX investigator acting under "trauma-informed" guidelines that say anything a woman says before she announces she was raped is just "trauma" talk, and can be discarded.

I MeToo’d Jann Wenner, but it was such a heavy MeToo traffic day that the Post had to run a Brady Bunch grid of all the perps. He paid something of a price—a Rolling Stone 50th anniversary TV special got canceled. But mostly people forgot.
I think that on the one hand, gays have looser rules of what’s sexually acceptable. But also there is a kind of omertà where gays mutually agree not to air dirty laundry.
That said, it was my experience from the jump of being in the gay world that gay men take advantage of the loosened sexual mores to cross boundaries in the workplace that straight men would be more reticent to cross. I find this infuriating. Many of those boundaries are there for a very good reason. I have paid a huge price in my life for giving men allowances for their behavior in this context. They took full advantage of my internal monologue: “Gee, I know for most people this is textbook sexual harassment. But maybe in the gay world things are different.”
