Richard was diagnosed with dementia in 2020. Since his diagnosis, he had mostly given up creating art and was mainly just watching TV all day. However, this has changed recently. Since he started attending The Filo Project group, Richard's passion for art has been reignited
He did it! Huge congratulations to Ollie Price for completing the #BrightonMarathon on Sunday, raising money for The Filo Project. Cheering on her super speedy son was his very proud mother, Libby 😃
A massive achievement for which we are so grateful.
Ollie Price is so close to his #fundraising target of £2,000 for The Filo Project. With the #BrightonMarathon just days away, if you'd like to sponsor Ollie, head to: justgiving.com/crowdfunding/…

We're at the UK Dementia and Palliative Care Conference #RowcroftDC where our co-founder, Libby, is speaking. The conference covers all things #DementiaCare and we're delighted to be sponsoring this with @RowcroftHospice
It's easy, and common to dismiss the early warning signs of #dementia, if you find someone's personality is changing as they age, please do check in with your GP #DementiaAwareness #DementiaDayCare
Join us in asking the Government to make a fairer care system by removing VAT for not for profit care. Charging families VAT for vital services delivered by not-for-profit organisations is wrong, & creates inequality in access to care.
