Just spotted that if you turn on ‘auto slideshow’ in preferences/video, selecting a video from the bottom tray will auto start it! Sorry I missed this one before.

Hi. If you tap the menu for the task, choose Settings and turn off Auto Background Sync, the backup will only run when you tap Backup Now.
