FLASHBACK: Remember that in the last midterms Democrat-controlled counties in Texas ran out of ballots. The solution is for ALL Republicans to get out and vote early starting today. Don’t allow Election Day dirty tricks suppress the GOP vote.

🚨 Woke Alert: A Massachusetts school investigated and decided that a boy that pretending to be a girl taunting, teasing, and finally opening the stall door on Luis Rivera's nine year old daughter was simply "a 9-year-old student opening an unlocked bathroom stall."
Luis describes it as voyeuristic, and he has filed a Title IX complaint, put signs on every post in town, and shown up to every school committee meeting since May. This is insane, and he is right to keep fighting.

Not all heroes wear capes: California woman registered her dog to vote and had the ballot COUNTED... then paid for billboards featuring the dog warning against voter fraud as her punishment.
This shows you just how screwed up California is.
⠀
Laura Lee Yourex of Costa Mesa registered her boxer Maya Jean as a voter in May 2020 and cast mail-in ballots in the dog’s name. The 2021 gubernatorial recall ballot was counted. The 2022 primary ballot was rejected.
⠀
Yourex posted a photo of Maya wearing an “I voted” sticker next to a ballot. She later posted Maya’s dog tag with another ballot and wrote “Maya is still getting her ballot,” even after the dog had died. She self-reported the scheme to the Orange County Registrar of Voters.
⠀
Prosecutors charged her with five felonies in 2025. She pleaded guilty in April 2026 to one misdemeanor count of knowingly registering a nonexistent person to vote. The case was dismissed after she paid $1,500 for four billboards along the 55 and 22 freeways.
⠀
The billboards use Yourex’s photo of Maya and read “Don’t be a dog. Voter fraud is a crime. If you can’t legally vote, don’t vote. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office will prosecute.” They will stay up through November 3.
⠀
Her attorney said she intended to expose flaws in California’s voter registration system by showing a dog could be registered. Yourex signed a plea statement admitting she knowingly registered an animal that was not entitled to vote.
⠀
Orange County prosecutors treated the case as a clear example of how mail-in ballots can be issued and counted without basic identity checks. The counted 2021 ballot shows the registration process accepted a dog.
⠀
California voters should ask how many other ineligible registrations have slipped through the same system.

Talarico hates Texas
Early voting starts today in Texas.
James Talarico, in his own words:
On police: “It's always rich to me that defund the police is considered off limits...”
On guns: Assault weapons ban? “Absolutely.”
On ICE: “Tear down this secret police force.”
On prison: “Prison is violence.”
“People don't belong in cages.”
Send this to a Texas voter.

🚨WHAT THE HELL?!!!
An Atlanta judge let a man WALK OUT OF JAIL EARLY for BEATING a woman's face so badly, he SHATTERED HER ORBITAL BONE on a public train...
...TWO MONTHS AFTER HIS RELEASE, HE ST*BS A WOMAN TO DE*TH ON WALKING PATH!!!
HE GOES ON TO ASSAULT A POSTAL WORKER WITH A ROCK BEFORE HE IS CAUGHT BY POLICE...
In January, Jahmare Brown got on top of and beat a female attorney as she stepped off a MARTA train to go to work in Atlanta... he broke her NOSE and then shattered her ORBITAL BONE.
She needed 25 STITCHES.
...MARTA Police charged it as a MISDEMEANOR!!!
The incident report DIDN'T EVEN MENTION THE BROKEN BONES.
Brown was sentenced to 120 days... but he was released early, and only served 60.
He was out in MARCH!!!!!
Two months later, he beat a postal worker with a ROCK and st*bbed Alyssa Paige to de*th at noon on the Atlanta Beltline.
If Brown had served the full 120 days the court gave him, he would have STILL BEEN IN JAIL the day he k*lled her.
Alyssa Paige would be alive.

On Father’s Day, a supermarket employee named Santino Burrola was fired after he recorded three men stealing approximately $500 worth of laundry detergent from a King Soopers grocery store in Colorado.
Burrola, a former military police officer, was alerted to a theft in progress at the store. His first instinct was to pull out his phone and record the incident.
He saw a man halfway out of the store with a food cart full of laundry detergents and scent boosters. As he walked out of the store, he saw the three thieves hurriedly loading up a black Chevy Trax.
One of them was opening the doors, another was throwing a basket full of items into the back seat, and the third was struggling to unload the full shopping cart.
In the viral video shared by the Arapahoe Sheriff’s Office, Burrola can be heard saying, “Really, bro, you got to resort to this? The economy isn’t that bad,”. He even joked with the men, saying, “Better gettin’ while the gettin’s good,”. The video shows the thieves having trouble getting into the vehicle as they attempted to flee the parking lot. This allowed Burrola to yank a sheet of foil covering the license plate.
After the men left the area, Burrola called the police and later shared the video on social media, which helped the investigators. The video was viewed 1.5 million times and was even shared by rapper Snoop Dogg.
Investigators have already identified and arrested the driver, Jorge Pantoja, 32, the man in the green shirt. Pantoja is currently in custody at the Adams County Detention Facility on unrelated felony charges.
When Burrola returned to the store for his next shift, he learned he had been suspended, and a week later was fired.
He sat down with the union rep and the store management, who recommended termination. Burrola stated that he didn’t break any rules or touch the thieves — all he was doing was trying to help the community.
Burrola expressed that he didn’t feel he overstepped boundaries as he didn’t physically touch the thieves or alter their shoplifting in any way. He just revealed the license plate to help the community to be aware, the police be aware and to help better catch them.
He hopes this incident will bring about changes to policy, giving power back to retail workers like himself.

By Leslie Stahl’s logic, it’s wrong to require air travelers in America to go through TSA screening because (1) very few air travelers carry out terrorist acts (indeed, “the numbers are tiny”), and (2) mandatory TSA screening tends to “sow distrust” in the safety of air travel.
“There are people who feel that the point is to sow distrust about the whole election system. There are very few people who are noncitizens who end up voting very few. Very few. And so therefore what's the purpose?” 60 Minutes asks Harmeet Dhillon, who heads the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
“The point is actually the opposite of what you were saying. It's not to sow distrust. The distrust is there,” says Dhillon. “And so all of these kinds of crimes are being prosecuted now for the first time really in volume.”
State audits have shown that noncitizen voting is extremely rare, though it does happen. cbsn.ws/4z7X60k

Gavin Newsom just found out the Constitution has a pecking order.
On Wednesday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that California cannot force federal immigration agents and other federal officers to wear visible ID while they do their jobs.
The law is called the "No Vigilantes Act." Newsom signed it in September 2025 as part of his resistance campaign against President Trump's immigration enforcement. It made it a crime for non-uniformed federal officers to work in California without displaying identification.
The court said no, and it wasn't close.
The ruling was unanimous. Three judges heard the case, and one of them was appointed by Barack Obama.
Judge Mark Bennett wrote that the law tries to "directly regulate the United States" in how it carries out its governmental functions. He also went further than the court did in April, when it first paused the law. In April the court said the federal government was likely to win. This time Bennett wrote that the United States is "certain to succeed."
Certain. Appeals courts rarely use that word.
California's main defense was that the law treats state and federal officers the same. The court rejected that argument too. Under the Supremacy Clause, states cannot directly regulate federal operations, even when they regulate their own officers the same way.
Newsom never seemed to grasp this. He may be auditioning for the White House, but he's a governor, and governors don't get to write the rulebook for federal law enforcement.
If California wants federal agents to wear visible ID, there's a way to get that. Convince Congress. That's how you change the way the federal government operates. A state can't pass its own criminal law and threaten to prosecute federal officers for doing their jobs.
The Founders saw this coming. In Federalist No. 44, James Madison warned that without federal supremacy, the country would be "a monster, in which the head was under the direction of the members."
Newsom tried to put the head under the direction of one of the members. Now a unanimous court told him no.

99% of women and girls in Somalia have been mutilated in the following way: the clitoris is cut off, along with the inner labia. Then the inner flesh of the outer labia is removed before both sides are sewn tightly together, leaving a hole no bigger than a matchstick for urine and menses to trickle through.
All of this is done in childhood, and without any form of anesthesia whatsoever. Sometimes the little girl is given a scrap of leather or a stick to bite down on. The cutters use old razor blades, or sometimes a piece of broken glass.
This is only the beginning of a girl’s pain.
Most wedding nights in Somalia are aided by “the little knife” — that is, the new husband slices his bride open so that he can penetrate her now cut and bleeding scar tissue. Some men, however, simply batter their way through, tearing that tiny hole open by sheer force. When a woman goes into labor, she’s cut open more widely, then sewn back up afterwards so that when sex resumes she will have to be cut open yet again.
This practice leads to countless deaths from infection and a drastic increase in maternal mortality, but Somali men still refuse to marry uncut women, forcing mothers to have their daughters cut or face social stigma. Uncut girls are seen as dirty; the term for clitoris is a playground taunt in Somalia, and girls who are not cut are usually ostracized by their peers.
The Somali government recently debated the legality of this appalling custom, and the parliament largely split along gender lines. Female MPs roundly condemned FGM, while male MPs insisted that having a clitoris made a woman more difficult to penetrate, and quoted the hadith in which Muhammad condoned the practice. These are educated men who nevertheless claim that cutting a girl is necessary in order to control her sexuality, and that an uncut woman will be promiscuous and untrustworthy.
In spite of the Somali government’s continued support for FGM, foreign aid continues to flow into Somalia unobstructed. The West should refuse to give the Somali government so much as a single dollar until they outlaw FGM and take positive steps to combat the problem.
One tactic that has been highly successful involves showing Somali men a video of a girl being mutilated. Because FGM is seen as women’s business, most men have no idea what it entails. Men who watch this video are horrified, and the most common reaction has been “Not my daughter!” This proves that FGM is not hopelessly entrenched in Somali culture. Western pressure and resources could make an enormous difference in the lives of Somali women and girls, and put a stop to this barbaric practice.

There are thousands of ongoing cases of illegal alien voter fraud. It's also NEVER been investigated before until the Trump administration 2.0 because Democrats only win by cheating in elections.

More bad news on Monday for CNN, Jubilee, and James Talarico. They allegedly stole Steven Crowder’s trademarked “Change My Mind” branding and used it for their own promotion. The liability is enormous if the claim holds. Good for Crowder for pursuing it. It’s bad enough that CNN and Talarico mislead the public. It’s worse that they take someone else’s brand to do it.
Crowder posted Monday that he filed a trademark lawsuit against CNN, Jubilee, and James Talarico, telling them to check their mail, with more details coming. This follows his earlier warning after last week’s town hall used his registered “Change My Mind” branding and format.
Crowder has held the trademark since 2020 for the debate series he built on college campuses and elsewhere. CNN and Jubilee applied the same phrase and setup to a segment with Talarico, a Democratic Senate candidate. Crowder said the use was deliberate and that he doesn’t want his brand used to help Talarico appeal to conservative voters.
Trademark protection exists for a reason. Once a registered mark and distinctive format get copied for commercial or political benefit, the owner has the right to enforce it. Crowder is doing that now. The outcome will turn on whether the court finds the use created confusion or unfairly traded on his established brand.
Whether you think the “Change My Mind” idea is original or not, if Crowder properly trademarked it then anyone who used it for their own profit without permission faces legal risk. It should come as no surprise that CNN and Talarico are two of the defendants.
Crowder has established the “Change My Mind” brand for years. Using it without permission to push a political message he opposes damages his brand. CNN and Talarico should consider settling. They used the mark and have a weak defense. Good job by Crowder.

In 1957, a Russian immigrant published a novel of more than a thousand pages built around one question: what happens if the people who make the world run simply stop?
Its title is Atlas Shrugged. In France it's called La Grève, The Strike. It wasn't even translated into French until 2011. That tells you something.
This morning, I think Elon Musk wrote the sequel.
A. Where the book comes from.
Ayn Rand was born Alisa Rosenbaum in Saint Petersburg in 1905. As a teenager, she watched Bolshevik soldiers walk into her father's pharmacy and seize it in the name of the people. Her family lost everything. Not to a competitor. To a committee.
She fled to America in 1926 and spent the rest of her life writing about one distinction: those who create, and those who seize.
B. The story.
In Atlas Shrugged, America is sliding into decline. Not because of war. Because of rules. Year after year, a growing class of bureaucrats, regulators and planners decides that production must be controlled, shared "fairly," frozen. They never build anything. They issue directives. The worst one freezes every worker in his job and forces every inventor to hand over his patents for the public good.
And one by one, the people who make the country run start disappearing. The best engineers. The industrialists. The inventors. An oil man sets his own wells on fire before vanishing. The whole country keeps repeating a question it doesn't understand: "Who is John Galt?"
John Galt is the man behind the disappearances. He has convinced the creators to go on strike. They withdraw to a hidden valley in the Colorado mountains, where everyone keeps what they make and trades freely. And they let the world find out what it looks like without them.
The lights go out in New York. The grey men are left alone with their directives, and discover that a directive has never produced a single kilowatt.
C. The core idea.
The strike isn't about money. It's about consent.
Rand's insight is that the system that captures the creators runs on their cooperation. It needs them to keep producing so it has something to redistribute. The bureaucrat is a parasite who needs a host. Remove the host, and he's exposed as what he always was: useless.
D. What Musk just did.
This morning, Musk announced that next year he will give one of his own SpaceX shares to every kid in America. "The first of many."
Here's what's fascinating. It's the strike, run in reverse.
Rand's creators withdrew. Musk stays. He keeps building rockets, satellites, AI. But instead of walking away from the system, he walks around it. The value goes straight from the builder to the citizen. No ministry, no agency, no committee in the middle.
Rand had to make the creators disappear to prove the bureaucrats were useless. Musk doesn't need to disappear. He just needs to stop routing value through them. Same result. The grey men are left standing in the middle of a pipe nobody uses anymore.
E. The difference that changes everything.
Rand's strike has a flaw her critics never stopped pointing out: ordinary people are left behind. The creators retreat to their valley. The rest of the country sits in the dark.
Musk's version fixes that. He isn't taking the creators out of the world. He's bringing the world into the valley. Every kid in America becomes a shareholder in the machine. Not a spectator of the strike. A participant.
That's the alliance being formed right now: builders and citizens, directly, with nothing in between. And the only people who lose that deal are the ones who never built anything.
F. Why now, and not in 1957.
In Rand's time, the strike was a fantasy. You couldn't produce at scale without the state's permission, and you couldn't reach every citizen without its pipes.
In 2026, one founder can build rockets, run a global network from orbit, and pledge equity to 73 million children in a single post. AI will soon do in seconds what a ministry does in years. The tools of the strike finally exist. And they don't require anyone to leave.
G. The ending.
For seventy years, "Who is John Galt?" was a shrug. A way of saying nothing can be done.
In the book, the strike ends when the creators decide the road is clear and walk back into the world to rebuild it.
That's the scene we're watching. Not a man leaving. A man coming back, with a gift for every child.
The grey men are about to discover what Rand promised them seventy years ago: a world that no longer needs them.
I don't know if you realize what just happened.
Elon Musk is completely bypassing the State.
For 100 years, we've been told the problem is capital. That it must be captured, taxed, redistributed. With an army of intermediaries standing between those who create wealth and the people: ministries, agencies, commissions, bureaucrats.
Musk is doing the opposite. He's taking his capital and giving it directly to the people. One SpaceX share to every kid in America. Not a handout. Not a subsidy. A piece of the machine that's taking humanity to Mars.
And he says it himself: this is the first of many.
Mises understood this back in 1944: the bureaucrat creates nothing. He administers what others created, following rules that have no connection to the value produced. The day value flows directly from the one who creates it to the one who receives it, the bureaucrat has no function left.
That's what's being born right now. A new liberal world order, where the very concept of the State will make less and less sense.
The world we're entering is a world of abundance. AI, robots, energy, space. And that abundance won't come through the State, for one simple reason: we have a century of proof that it doesn't work.
Redistribution was version 1.0. Direct distribution of capital is 2.0.
While France is still debating how to tax builders even more, America is handing stock to its kids.
Pick your side.

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan .
You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.
What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027.
Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic.
The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change.
Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.
