When people report police corruption, the #TorontoPolice cover it up rather than conducting an investigation. They attack the victim's credibility to hide any wrongdoing. If that doesn't work, they kick in their door & put a gun to their head. Victims, we need to keep fighting.

The Toronto Police Service got Twitter to delete two of my Project South posts which contained publication ban information. So I've made this new post to make sure everything stays in the public record. The original post published on September 18, 2026 is below. In new documents released by a judge to media outlets, #TorontoPolice officers involved in the "Project South" investigation sold cocaine to each other, gave out police uniforms to organized crime, and shared several people's personal information so they could be murdered. There's still a publication ban on the identity of the senior prison officer who was targeted in one of those murder attempts, but I got his name; it's Milosevic. He goes by the nickname "Harry Potter" at the Toronto South Detention Centre, and he is an infamous prison guard with a court record of mistreating inmates. The police officers involved also planned on operating massage parlours and illegal weed dispensaries that would be required to pay for protection. "Project South" mostly involves the Toronto Police's connection with drug cartels involved in the Ryan Wedding network. The Criminal Intelligence Service of Canada (CISC) published a report in February of 2026 that stated top-level groups like the mafia and outlaw motorcycle gangs have already infiltrated our police and government organizations. The Toronto Police Service are overrun by crime. We need accountability and a real change in how law enforcement is handled in this city. ctvnews.ca/toronto/article/a…

The Toronto Police Service got Twitter two delete two of my posts which contained publication ban information revealing the identity of the corrupt prison official who was targeted by a guns-for-hire network in the Project South investigation. So I'm reposting the information to make sure this stays in the public record. The original post published on July 18, 2026 is below. When #YorkRegionalPolice initially announced "#ProjectSouth". We were told that the correctional manager targeted in the murder attempt was an upstanding and dedicated senior corrections officer. York Deputy Chief Ryan Hogan was quoted as saying, “Our belief is that that member was doing his job effectively, was ethical and had complete integrity in his position,” and that is what “spawned the criminal actions” against the manager, he said. We now know that statement is a bold-faced lie. As more information became available, I was able to reveal the identity of the senior corrections officer who was targeted in the "Project South" investigation. His last name is Milosevic, and he is called "Harry Potter" by inmates at the Toronto South Detention Center. Not only is a charter application currently being filed against him by inmate Joshua James Malcolm-Evans, but in 2025, it was proven in court that he had violated another inmate's rights, John Geddes. At that trial, it was established that Milosevic had violated Geddes' rights by performing an unlawful strip search, which included a public forced bowel movement. It was also accepted by the judge that Milosevic stole Geddes' complaint, so there would be no record of his misconduct. These are not the actions of a correctional manager who is conducting himself ethically. This lie, said by York Regional Police, was done with the intention of covering up Milosevic's abuse of prisoners at the Toronto South Detention Center. When the Deputy Chief of the York Regional Police is willing to lie about a matter as important to the public as "Project South", we know it's an investigation intended to cover up police corruption rather than expose it.

The police are shooting people in the streets and beating them down when they get arrested. They're in the news daily for the horrific crimes they commit against the communities they claim to serve. The police don't need protection; they need accountability. cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/d…

It is estimated that more than 150,000 First Nations, Inuit and Metis children were separated from their families and forced into residential schools over much of the last century. A list of 2 800 names of children who died in residential schools exists; it's estimated that 1 600 students who lost their lives at residential schools remain nameless. Here is a list of known indigenous victims who have died at the hands of police, security, or while in custody in 2026. May they all rest in peace. #OrangeShirtDay #EveryChildMatters #NDTR - Trevor Dubois - Darrell Leo Thomas Augustine - Bronson Paul - A Thunderchild First Nation Man - A Timiskaming First Nation Person - A Kinosao Sipi Cree Nation Man - Cassity Delvenne

Elias Mouawad is involved in the Ryan Wedding criminal network; he worked for Daljit Singh (also charged in Project South) before being hired as a Toronto Police officer. He was groomed for the position so he could carry out crimes, such as unauthorized computer searches, for the criminal network investigated in Project South. Every time you mention the corrections manager who was targeted in Project South, but don't give out his name, which is Milosevic, publication ban or not, or mention that it's been proven in court that he's an infamous prison guard who conducts wrongful strip searches on inmates, you're depriving the public of the necessary facts needed to form an educated opinion. We need full transparency from the police and the courts, especially in cases as large as Project South. On top of that, the Crown isn't even asking that Mouwad spend any time in prison. Everyone in that courtroom should be investigated for corruption after such an unlawful trial.

Great video going in depth into the criminal network that was investigated in Project South. The video describes an organized multi-level drug operation that was carried out within the Toronto Police Service, including the Toronto Drug Squad, Major Crime, and Detective Sergeants. More in-depth information about the Project South investigation. York Region was conducting surveillance on Toronto Police officers while they snorted cocaine and drank alcohol in their vehicles. Officer Saurabjit Bedi was even doing rails before his shift in the 12 Division parking lot. The #TorontoPolice are high in their patrol cars, driving around the city, shooting people and snorting cocaine. It's not just the Project South officers either; Brian Sukhram of the Toronto Drug Squad pleaded guilty to stealing drugs from evidence after getting into a high-speed chase with police. The Toronto Police Service are a gang of drugged-out criminals who are stealing over a billion dollars a year from the taxpayer under the pretense of law enforcement. We need larger reforms in policing, not just a few Project South officers getting arrested. youtube.com/watch?v=4dj--_o6…

The next step for the corrupt city of Montreal in its oppression of its citizens is to take away their right to freedom of expression. With the Montreal Police now being given the power to give out "Freedom of Speech Fines" at will, the people of Montreal can continue to experience abuse at the hands of their government without having any means of fighting back. We need to show support and solidarity to the people of Montreal as they fight his corruption. globalnews.ca/news/12068350/…

After a #TorontoPolice officer tackled a cyclist to the ground, giving him a concussion, the SIU has decided that he won't face any charges. If the police did nothing wrong in the takedown of the cyclist why wasn't the bodycam footage or the identities of the officers involved released? We need more transparency in police misconduct investigations, especially ones as public as this one. torontotoday.ca/local/crime-…

In the past four weeks, Ontario Provincial Police and Ottawa police have both been in the news, warning us that their caller IDs have allegedly been spoofed in financial scams. Giving out details to the public in an attempt to cover up any potential liability and deny any wrongdoing. I know of a few financial scams committed by the Toronto Police Service that aren't spoofed, so I wanted to give some details about them to warn people. Ministry of Labour Scam This scam is carried out by Ashley Fukusaka, aka Ashley Wang, who works illegally for the Toronto Police; this has been confessed by Officer A. Keshavji (Tony) and covered up by Officer Fukusaka out of 41 Division. It also involves a CIBC bank Manager named Josie. Ashley starts by making a fake Ministry of Labour claim stating that the target owes her money. The Ministry of Labour begins collection calls on the target. Josie, the CIBC bank manager, then freezes the victim's account, which sets the stage for the robbery. Josie then calls the victim, stating that their account has been frozen due to the Ministry of Labour complaint, but it can be cleared if the victim gives out their password. Once the password is given out, illegal funds, stolen cheques, etc., are funnelled in and out of the victim's account. This helps prevent tracing the money and seems to be the preferred method of this type of bank robbery. Fake Collection Agency This one is carried out by Ashley Fukusaka and two of her girlfriends, Chalaine Porter (working under the name Victoria) and Danielle Benson. This is also backed up by the #TorontoPolice, most notably officer Keshavji. This scam requires some inside information, either through a corrupt bank teller, a close personal relationship, computer/phone hacking or even a break-in. Once they obtain this information, the female callers claim to be either the CRA or another collection agency, depending on the victim's personal information. If they know the target is a contractor, they may pretend to be the CRA. They use the inside information to verify details such as employment earnings, previous debts, or bank account/social insurance numbers, which gives them credibility as collection callers. They then threaten the victim with fictitious debts in an attempt to get them to transfer over money. Collection agencies are a great way of blackmailing victims into not coming forward, and it can complicate the legal process with courts demanding that any potential debts be paid before the stolen money is looked into. etalk $250 000 Cheque theft This theft happened at a CTV-owned building at 299 Queen Street West while Ben Mulroney was working on the television show etalk. A $250 000 etalk cheque was generated for an employee, and then two operations staff members, Christina Gunn and Prateek George, coerced the victim into giving them the cheque. I've heard this cheque wasn't actually cashed, but the corruption lies in why it was issued in the first place, not whether it was successfully deposited. CTV/Citytv employees have also confessed to colluding with the Toronto Police Service. OPP Link insidehalton.com/news/opp-al… Ottawa Police Link ottawapolice.ca/en/news/post…

A timeline of the "Project South" Investigation has been released, including new information implicating Timothy Barnhardt as the officer who sold police uniforms to key criminal figure Brian Da Costa. Barnhardt was also recorded telling a colleague, “snitches get stitches" in relation to a potential "rat" in their criminal network. The #TorontoPolice officers implicated in "Project South" had murderous intentions towards those who crossed them, willing to do anything it takes to cover up their corruption and expand the criminal enterprise that they're a part of. thestar.com/news/project-sou…

Freedom of Speech In the past six weeks, two posters whom I've quoted on my Twitter feed have had their accounts suspended for speaking up about police corruption. Their accounts are... A girl and her dog: x.com/K_Happy16, @K_Happy16 FREE the opPRESSed nitter.cf/WooshForLife @WooshForLife (Congratulations on getting your account back.) A girl and her Dog told the story of physical abuse at the hands of police and the frustration victims feel when trying to keep the police accountable. Her posts were graphic, showing black eyes and bruising. Free the opPRESSed had a screenshot of a LECA rejection letter for a complaint which involved intimidation by detectives who were supposed to be conducting an honest investigation. These rejection letters are a harsh reality for 99% of complainants who go to LECA. We don't have to agree with everything these posters say, but we do have to respect their right to say it. Account suspensions and shadow banning by Twitter are practices that need to stop; oppression of our freedom of speech can't be tolerated. People who speak up against police corruption need to be heard; public opinion is essential in establishing transparency and accountability from our police services.

There has been a lot of talk on Twitter about a viral video of some RCMP officers showing up at the front door of Twitter poster Tanya Gaw for what she posted online, in an attempt to suppress her freedom of speech. The #RCMP officer who identifies himself as Mason refers to what he calls "The 11 Hallmarks of Hate". The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal defines the "11 Hallmarks of hate speech" in Warman v. Kouba as follows... 11 Hallmarks of Hate 1.) The targeted group is portrayed as a powerful menace that is taking control of the major institutions in society and depriving others of their livelihoods, safety, freedom of speech and general well-being. 2.) The messages use “true stories”, news reports, pictures and references from purportedly reputable sources to make negative generalizations about the targeted group. 3.) The targeted group is portrayed as preying upon children, the aged, the vulnerable, etc. 4.) The targeted group is blamed for the current problems in society and the world. 5.) The targeted group is portrayed as dangerous or violent by nature. 6.) The messages convey the idea that members of the targeted group are devoid of any redeeming qualities and are innately evil. 7.) The messages communicate the idea that nothing but the banishment, segregation or eradication of this group of people will save others from the harm being done by this group. 8.) The targeted group is dehumanized through comparisons to and associations with animals, vermin, excrement, and other noxious substances. 9.) Highly inflammatory and derogatory language is used in the messages to create a tone of extreme hatred and contempt. 10.) The messages trivialize or celebrate past persecution or tragedy involving members of the targeted group. 11.) There are calls to take violent action against the targeted group. These are the criteria the government is using to determine what can and cannot be said online, and they're willing to go as far as having RCMP officers show up at our front door to enforce them.
