I have an oomf that has been flirting with a girl for a long time over discord, they were getting along very well and they would VC too, watch anime together and movies. More recently it escalated and they developed a more sexual relationship. He was very happy telling me about it. He then decided to try to discover who she was irl, he knew a lot of base information about her, her family and somewhat of her city/state. He put his back into it and actually found her family. But there was an issue, there was no girl that matched her age. He had multiple positive leads leading to that specific family so it couldn't be wrong. Then one day she sent him a Instagram post, he went check it, he also looked at the ppl engaging reposting it and found a guy from that family, he then started checking the information about that guy, same age and birthday date as the girl he has been talking for over a year now. Everything matches, he crashes out on my DMs. I suggest him to just quietly leave and stop talking, he does that. Now "she" is sending him constant cute emojis trying to get his attention and he is lowkey psychologically just like this:
