People always ask why the French juniors are so goodโฆ. Great regional and national setup! 170 ridersโฆ.. all the best talent identification processes have been a numbers game.
Shoulda coulda woulda been Nielsโ without that costly slip. Thought he had played it well apart from falling too far back in the group before planksโฆ. Good to see Sweeck back though!

Casasola was a great signing for Crelan. Not only for the results she will bring but the way she worked for Riberolle there!

Iserbyt quite rightly suspended for 3 races starting today.
Eli Iserbyt is door de UCI 3 wedstrijden geschorst na zijn uitschuiver in de openingscross van Beringen. Hij mist dus de wedstrijden van dit weekend in Essen en Ruddervoorde en komt terug aan de start in Overijse. #veldrijden

This race is organised by @veldcoaching ! Itโs going to be very special get entered via @BritishCycling events calendar
Just to confuse @gcntweet and @si_richardson further about the difference between gravel and CX bikes, @WoutvanAert rode his cervelo gravel bike to victory yesterday on the high speed Zolder course. He had the filled in chainring from Hoogerheide as well, 50T?!? Maybeโฆ
A huge privilege to bring you the final races on GCN+ itโs where I started my commentary career and I love it. I really hope as many people as possible can make the switch to Discovery+ and continue to enjoy the coverageโฆ although you will be stuck with me!
In a few minutes, we'll be broadcasting our last ever live race on GCN+. The men's UCI CX World Cup on the classic Namur course. You'll then have until Tuesday to watch any on demand racing or documentaries before it shuts down.
It's been a hell of a ride - I've loved every minute of it. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on this project, and thanks to all of you who supported us along the way. The one good thing to come from the announcement of it's closure was that those of us who worked on it got to see how much appreciation there was for it. I can tell you that it's really meant a lot to everyone.
As a reminder, you can continue to watch the same live coverage, with the same commentators and pundits, on Eurosport or Discovery+ in Europe or on Max from February in the US. For those elsewhere we will bring you updates as soon as we get them.

Normally, Van Empel would have started the World Cup race in Namur tomorrow.
However, after her crash and cold earlier this week and today's efforts, the team decided that Van Empel won't race tomorrow and would focus on the rest of her season. โ
Thanks for having me!
Thank you to everyone who came to our awards dinner on Saturday. It was a fabulous evening and the guest speaker, cyclocross legend @FieldyCX was truly inspirational.
