The New York Times has revealed the contracts that members of NewJeans signed with their label Ador when they were aged 14-17.
The “unusually restrictive” contracts removed child protection language, give the label rights to use NewJeans’ faces and voices with AI forever, and more.

The sea of stars may be vast, but that doesn't mean you can't reach it.
If you want a closer look, try it the way I do.
And if you see a piece of stardust you like, be careful when you touch it.
If it slips away, don't chase after it. Just wait. Before long, it'll find its way back to your fingertips.

I’ve been making fandom content for 10+ years, I don’t deserve any compensation of any kind for using my free will on a hobby, because that’s all fandom is, so no, they don’t. No one’s busting out strikes and unions for people painting and knitting in their free time, furthermore it’s incredibly lame to assume you deserve anything when the entire basis of your “creation” is and extension of existing source material, fanfic is a literal copyright violation and is illegal if it gets monetized and “unionized”. What these people need is to get a fucking grip and a day job because it simply isn’t that deep, IT’S A HOBBY, and if you don’t want to do it then don’t do it and if you don’t want to share it then don’t share it.

the year is 2039. I wake up in my AO3-sanctioned house & clock in for my fanfic writing shift. Working conditions are abysmal. I have 200k words of yaoi due by EOD. I grind to meet my fandom KPIs, working 69 hours a day. i fail, im fired. Life is bleak. If only we had unionised😔
If u feel that way then it hasn't been genshin since like sumeru
