Even though 1.0 is out in Enshrouded, I'm excited for the future of the game. I have over 750 hours logged on Steam and even with max Flame there is still a huge swath of the map within Deadly Shroud! So much potential for future content...

I've been playing @KeenGamesStudio's Enshrouded since day 1 of Early Access. I have over 700 hours logged already in the game. It is by FAR the best survival-crafting game on the market, and 1.0 is going to make it the unrivaled Emperor of the Survival-Crafting sphere. I just have to say, I absolutely adore @PlaySoulframe. As a gamer that's been into PC gaming since the '80s, I have migrated to almost exclusively playing survivalcrafting games; Conan Exiles, Windrose, Enshrouded, Valheim, SoulMask, etc. I love the gameplay loops in survivalcrafting games, and the sense of ownership and accomplishment. This is the one game outside that that has engaged me fully. Even though it's technically in "pre-alpha", I can and do lose myself in the game for hours on end without even realizing it or getting bored. I have no idea how much time I've spent playing so far, but it's got to be over 200 hours at this point. Don't sleep on this gem, DE has hit this one out of the park, much as they've done with Warframe.

Something I recently posted in the cesspool that is gaming reddit. Sick of being quiet about shit. This was in response to someone saying I wasn't a true Dune fan because I liked @PlayWindrose better than Dune Awakening; I'd have to be a mindless sycophant to just blindly like anything just because it's based in the Dune universe. If I'm being honest I was turned off DA in beta from the attitude of the devs, particularly Joel Bylos... and I will openly talk shit about that guy because he's a hubristic jackass. We called out the things they were doing wrong in the beta, but they openly derided and talked down to anyone that spoke up about the mistakes they were making. As it turns out, we were all right and now they have quietly walked back every stupid decision they made. None of them care because they sold out to Tencent and as long as they make good box sales, their overlords don't care. As far as I'm concerned, as someone who has been gaming on the internet since the mid nineties, they can all pound sand. Reputation used to be everything, now it's all about profits for their Chinese overlords. Screw them.

Graveyard Keeper II from @LazyBearGames was a pleasant surprise! I wasn't really expecting another game, and I'm very happy to see it happen. It's simultaneously familiar yet fresh, and I'm having a wonderful time playing! The pixel art graphics are on point. Love it! 👍

re; The new @DuneAwakening patch. My PC died about 6 months ago now. I was without one for 5 of those months and unable to log into the game. I'd been playing since beta, and then since release. That being the case, I'd put over 300 hours into the game. Suffice it to say, when I lost my PC, I lost all of that progress in the game because of the tax/upkeep system and not being able to log in. I honestly had written off playing Dune ever again. I have since gotten a new PC and put off installing the game again. It's particularly sad because I've been a fan of Dune since I first read the books in the early 1980s. This game was my biggest gaming dream; a survival-crafting MMO in the Dune universe. I find it... interesting let's say, how much the game has changed since beta even though we were told adamantly and constantly that the fundamentals of the game and the vision of certain developers would never change. I'm not going to go into it, but the current state of the game is making me change my mind and try it again... If I'm honest, even with the things I didn't like in the game and design decisions I didn't agree with, I really enjoyed playing. It's got good foundation, so I am going to give it another go. It's just going to be sad logging in knowing my base is gone and everything I'd acquired and built decayed into the virtual sand...

I'm only just 15 minutes into the new pixel art RPG game Dimraeth by @MudtekStudios and I'm already hooked! Love the amazing pixel graphics, the twin stick combat, and the gameplay loops I've seen so far!

So one of the first games I installed on my new PC is @WhereWindsMeet_ . Really missed a few games and WWM in particular. I logged in this morning, ostensibly just to quickly check out the new content, which turned into an all day session. I haven't played in nearly 6 months becasue I had no PC, and the new main story quest is AMAZING! Fantastic job!

Some jackass in an adjacent unit just turned the heat on... in August... it's 66F outside. The HVAC in our units are connected, so if one person turns the heat on, other units cannot use the AC. Put a fucking sweater on asshole! 🤬
