Deep-Path: The entire Deep-ML catalog, organized into one structured learning path featuring nearly 2,000 machine learning coding problems and hands-on projects. Throughout the path, you'll work through the math, implement concepts from scratch using minimal libraries like NumPy or CUDA, and build projects step by step There's also Deep-Path Essentials, a shorter version with 400 core problems and projects organized into 10 sections, covering the fundamentals of machine learning

uuuuh guys... Astra is fighting the final boss in the graveyard 👀 i'm putting together a blog post on how we got here (hopefully by then it will have beaten the game 🚀)
SOTA in Craftax (by @mitrma) with Astra 🤯 🤯 first AI agent to reach floor 4 i've been trying to hillclimb craftax for a while and never seen skills like this: building shelters, blocking corridors, spells, armor, torches, arrows... not far off beating the full game 🚀

I’ve been reading through Georgia Tech’s latest paper on Q-Planning, and i feel it hits directly at a super important problem in Robot Learning right now. And the problem im talking about is that Behavior Cloning (BC) simply cannot learn from its own mistakes. The second a policy fails, it needs a human to grab the teleop rig and supply fresh demonstrations, while directly RL Fine Tuning a massive VLA model usually leads to complete training instability. Their core idea is super simple. Instead of touching the Multi- Billion-Parameter Base Model, they freeze the BC policy entirely and pair it with a lightweight, off-policy Q-function. At runtime, the frozen model proposes candidate action chunks, and the Q-function ranks and averages them in a single step. Since Q-functions score expected future reward rather than just mimicking past actions, this system can actually extract value from deployment failures. The robot runs its tasks, feeds both successes and failures into a replay buffer, and updates only the Q-function. The base model never faces catastrophic forgetting, but the system's actual execution gets sharper with every deployment loop. The real-world stats are crazy for zero human intervention during fine-tuning: 1-Real Bimanual Tasks: Wallet insertion rocketed from 25% to 80% success, and cup stacking went from 40% to 90% in just five iterations. 2-Simulation Benchmarks: LIBERO-10 bumped from 93% up to 99%, and RoboTwin moved from 83.8% to 91.4%. Where standard supervised fine-tuning completely plateaus when fed failure data, Q-Planning stays steady. Its a super interesting & super useful paper. Today we're also opening the weights for Muse Glimmer, a great 30B parameter dense model that can run locally. Soon we'll also release the weights for Muse Spark 1.2, our latest foundation model. Meta is a strong supporter of open source and I'm proud of these releases. Congrats to @alexandr_wang and the MSL team for all your great work on these models.

new post on harness engineering for AI self-improvement: lilianweng.github.io/posts/2… It is hard to forecast how much the future of RSI will rely on harnesses. Likely harness engineering will evolve in the direction of self-improvement and enable auto-research, and, in turn, smarter models keeps harnesses simple. Even when many harness improvement get eventually internalized into core model, the need to specify goals and context will not disappear.

We’re sharing the next major milestone in our non-invasive brain-to-text decoder research: Brain2Qwerty v2. Building on v1, which was published today in @Nature, Brain2Qwerty v2 is the highest-performing end-to-end pipeline capable of real-time sentence decoding from raw brain signals. It advances beyond character-level performance to decoding words and semantics, enabling accuracy for overall communication. We believe this research has the potential to make a real difference for the millions of people who suffer from brain lesions or disorders that prevent them from communicating. 🧵👇

The hardest problems are rarely solved by adding more complexity to the solution -- they are solved by reframing the question until a simpler, clearer answer reveals itself.

To simplify our Codex compute fleet management, we will be sunsetting GPT-5.2 and GPT-5.3-Codex in Codex on June 2nd when logged in with your ChatGPT account. For free plans, GPT-5.5 will be the default frontier model to build and work with going forward. These models will remain available on our API.

Training LLMs with verifiable rewards uses 1bit signal per generated response. This hides why the model failed. Today, we introduce a simple algorithm that enables the model to learn from any rich feedback! And then turns it into dense supervision. (1/n)
