They molded you into what they wanted, then discarded you when you were no longer needed.
Scars that refuse to heal. A shadow of what happened. You still have come so far; ignore their words.
You are better than them. You are better than this. I promise.
We need to lock you in the dungeon with no food so you know how starving actually feels
Faux went back to his work like nothing had ever happened, like he hadn't just killed and disposed of a body. But then that type of stuff wasn't really a big deal to him, just part of his past. A past that he should probably be ashamed of.
He thought about the stranger. So kind but dangerous. With the card and cigarette pack still in his pocket. He did need someone to talk to. He wanted to; he tried, but there wasn't anybody to listen. After all, he was nothing more than something in the background to do its job.
Faux walked to the meeting spot, barely acknowledging the fire raging around him. He didn't know why he had come here, why he had decided to honor the invite. Curiosity and boredom, maybe. His body was used to the action, the thrill. He stared at the door of the meeting place.

The fire in crossroads still raged on, but that did not stop any attempts from the IWP for recruiting people, in fact they used the cover of the fires for Tablet to finally come to crossroads, she wanted to meet this inphernal personally.

Faux watch the other as she pulled the cigarettes from her coat. Freezing once more as she grabbed his hand giving him the whole pack. A hot feeling in his chest he cannot name. Something between fear and excitement. He did not want her to let go.
Watching her leave without knowing her name. Standing there frozen for a few more seconds before starting to smoke the next cigarette. Staring at the card he knew what it was for he had been in Crossroads long enough to know what the church was... he should throw it away.
Faux felt the feeling of the tobacco coursing through his body. Smoother than usual. These were expensive cigarettes for real the stranger had just wasted expensive cigarettes on him. He watch them look at the dumpster unable to understand that he couldn't hear this sizzling.
That's probably why he couldn't find the the usual murderous desire towards her. There was something else else something he cannot name. He stood quiet and straight barely moving watching the other he noticed the Tremor before she could hide it. He knew there was more to her.
Faux watched the body drop, his expression blank. Not the first time we have had to shove a corpse into the dumpster. It probably won't be the last. He felt nothing, his training working as it should. An excellent assassin. Perfect Crime, no emotion
Faux watched the water carry away the blood, then finally looked at the mysterious stranger who decided to help him. Watching her light up the cigarette and ask him a question. Finally taking good look at her features, staring at her.
