In a ballot count today, we learned that our staff voted 46 to 37 in favor of a union. Kickstarter’s leadership supports and respects their decision. We’re proud of our staff and of the fair and democratic process that got us here.

This project is one of my proudest accomplishments to date. And it wouldn’t have been possible without @michaelpoley and all of the talented models who’ve been in it every step of the way. Thank you, @CelesteHDennis for shining a light on our work. ❤️💙💛

For inexplicable reasons, @TwitterSupport suspended @GenderIsOver’s account AND denied my appeal. I noticed it on the day SCOTUS went into session to discuss LGBTQIA rights. The account is of a nonprofit that shares stories of its supporters & funds 💸 other orgs. What gives?
