You don't even know what rejecting a block means in a blockchain. It means to not build on a block. If you don't build blocks, which you aren't unless you have hash power, you cannot reject. Nodes without hash power are nothing but IP's just like discussed in section 4.

Isn't a node without hash power just an IP address like Satoshi discusses in section 4 of the Bitcoin white paper?
