This attack wasn't only on the Tourists but on India, this Attack was on Kashmir, the Kashmiris, their economy & livelihood. Notably the shameless Rwanda Godi Media didn't spare this moment of grief to turn it a Anti-Muslim rhetoric. None of them asked the accountability - the intelligence failure but a hollow image of 'Sab Changa Si'. None asking from 2016 Demonetization time we are hearing the fairytale stories of end of Terrorism. We again heard the same during the revocation of Article 370. And this we are seeing today. The fact is there is a resurgence of Terrorism in the valley. December 2023 onward A fresh wave of militant attacks began, continuing into 2024 with multiple armed encounters and civilian attacks. As in May 2022 Omar Abdullah said “Tourism is not normalcy, it’s a barometer of economic activity. Normalcy is the absence of fear, the absence of terror, the inability of militants to strike at will, the presence of democratic rule and by any yardstick you choose to use, Kashmir is far from normal today.”
