After years of delay, America’s farm families need a strong Farm Bill to contend with the challenges of today.
Smart farm policy decisions, like a strong Farm Bill, ensure we can keep the great tradition of American agriculture growing for years to come.
Pass the Farm Bill.
Farmers work sunup to sundown, through drought, floods, depressed commodity prices and against the odds, to feed and clothe our nation. When farmers face disasters and markets they can't control, a strong farm safety net keeps them on the land, and keeps food on our tables.
This #NationalRealSugarDay, we thank the farm families and workers who help keep it sweet in America! Smart farm policy, and strong U.S. sugar policy, serves as an important safety net for these incredible farm families and workers.

Happy National Real Sugar Day! Across the nation, 11,000 sugarbeet and sugarcane growers produce the equivalent of 4.5 BILLION bags of Real Sugar every year. That all-natural sugar powers so many sweet moments.
Thank you for supporting Real Sugar and the family farmers and workers who #KeepItSweetInAmerica!

The House Agriculture Committee gathered this morning for a hearing on increasing demand and opportunities for homegrown products here and abroad.
Chairman Thompson summed it up well: food security is national security, and our farmers are the best in the world at what they do.
🚨Producers can enroll in ARC/PLC for the 2026 crop year starting September 16 through December 11. 🚨
➡️ Producers can also elect and enroll in ARC/PLC for the 2027 crop year from November 2 through March 15, 2027.
Key improvements to the farm safety net were made through the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, including updates for ARC/PLC, crop insurance, and more. Strong farm policy, including a strong farm safety net, is crucial for America’s farm and ranch families.
