What a difference one year makes: Minnesota's corn farmers are up to 89% planted, compared to only 17% last year. Nationally, corn farmers are at 67%, beating the five-year average of 56%.
Coming into the 'farm to table' game at a good time! So much interest! Thank you local community for such support. We actually started planning this transition months ago before these scary changes to our food supply started happening.
Transitioning to Farm To Table will hopefully be good for our suburban farm. Hugs to our farm families.
