Iāll say it. Iāll say how it is. A field goal ending OT is an incredibly boring outcome. There should be no FG attempts allowed during OT.
We as humans need to embrace bidets everywhere. Whenever I go on a trip and thereās no bidet I just feel so.. vulnerable.
Re: Zero is not a show that would benefit by being adapted by MAPPA. Firstly, Re: Zero doesnāt necessarily need that level of animation and detail, itās a show that benefits by feeling more grounded, and White Fox does a great job with this.
Secondly, White Fox and Re: Zero are at this point one and the same, theyāve been with each other for four seasons and at this point ten years. You can complain about White Fox cutting content, but to want them to fit all of the information in a light novel to anime format is nothing short of disingenuous. Especially when we consider run-time. White Foxās adaptation is what has made Re:Zero Re:Zero to me. The sound design, especially the sound effects on the loops, the direction.
Complain about how they fumbled the third season all you want, that part of the story is regardless, just a big mess. Thereās so much going on, the main point of the story (Subaru and his loops) isnāt as relevant, and thereās a lot of characters you might or might not care about that we have to watch. Despite all of that, I still enjoyed Season 3 and White Fox did well in trying to adapt that to a limited runtime season, so yeah I donāt really care if they cut content from that season! There was enough on their plate already!
It is such a privileged take for someone to look at the White Fox adaptation and complain when there are so many other show that have been ruined by either the animation or the poor direction. Re:Zero is not in that category.
Try and pass off Re: Zero to any other studio now, and you will have an infinitely worse adaptation because they most likely will not understand all of the intricacies that White Fox have to a T atp.
To make myself clear, sure thereās parts of the story White Fox could have adapted better, and itās not a perfect adaptation. But I respect their work and appreciate what we have now. I donāt go on twitter after watching JJK and say āI wish that was Re: Zeroā
The reason Re:Zeroās anime is good isnāt White Foxās extraordinary talent; itās because Re:Zero itself is a masterpiece.
White Fox fumbled the third season, cut countless content from the first season, and the second season was terrible in terms of visuals, while the Witch Parties were absolutely atrocious.
Not to mention, MAPPA doesnāt have that experience of adapting a light novel to an anime. Theyāve done it only once, and itās for a show Iāve seen that I do like, but itās such a simple show and was clearly not made by the main team so it might as well not even count.
The point isnāt even MAPPA really, itās just trying to point at another studio and blindly saying āthey could have adapted betterā with nothing but your own confidence to back it up
Hahaha. Hey. It's me, Miles Cross. Badass, War Hero, Play boy. Hahaha, I'm joking. These are my teammates, Hamirez Cross the Scout, and Hammy Cross the Recon. Hahaha, alright, enough introductions. Let's go save some sprites.

šØLOOKING FOR ASMRtists šØ
Iām working on a video looking into why people listen to ASMR. With this video I want to clear up some of the stigma and misconceptions around ASMR, but thereās only so far that studies and my own reasoning can bring me, and so I want to interview people in the space.
Iām looking for 3-4 people: those who do roleplay ASMR, trigger-based ASMR, a combination of both, and those who listen to ASMR themselves. Just reply, shoot me a message here, or a message on discord (username: farethia) and we can plan it out there. Thank you for your consideration.

Realized I worded this a little bit off on the last part about those who listen to ASMR themselves; this is in still in reference to ASMRtists though it would probably be intuitive that someone who makes ASMR probably listens to it. However, if you're someone who listens to ASMR feel free to share your thoughts here if you'd like (when you started, what made you start, what made you stick with it, etc) I'd be very interested in seeing peoples perspectives!
