Another Haaland blank on the way?
Will you be tempted to substitute him for someone on your bench ๐ค

We recently shipped Head to Head on FantaXI, and Iโve been thinking about why it matters so much to me.
Fantasy football has always been at its best when itโs personal. Your overall rank doesnโt make you check scores at 10pm on a Sunday, beating your friends does.
So we built H2H around that feeling. You pick a manager, play one gameweek, and whoever scores more wins. Every result moves your Reps, and every month the best move up Divisions, from Bronze up towards Elite. There are streaks to chase and badges to collect, and every rivalry gets a record.
Weโre still early, thereโs still so much we plan to build into this. And over the next few months we will be shipping more features.
Meanwhile if you play FantaXI, come challenge me on H2H ( SoulTaker๐ is the name ), I mean Iโll beat you but at least youโll learn ๐.
More updates on the H2H contest ๐คบ
We've introduced Divisions!
And there's 5 of them;
Elite, Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Everyone starts in Bronze, but every gameweek managers get to rake points and climb the ladder.
Here's how you compete:
๐ Division Points: Beat a manager in your division for 3 points. A draw earns both managers 1 point.
๐ฅ Reps: Everyone starts with 50 Reps. Win challenges to boost your Reps, take on managers from higher divisions for bigger rewards and climb the overall rankings.
At the end of each month, the top quarter of each division earns promotion, while the bottom quarter faces relegation (except Bronze).
The H2H campaign is now LIVE!
Who's your opponent for this gameweek?
Make sure to enter your H2H challenge before the gameweek deadline! โฐ๏ธ

๐ข Important Update
We're reviewing our scoring policy. Henceforth, "chips" will no longer count towards managers' final points for weekly prizes.
Weekly prize points will be calculated based on each manager's team points, excluding any chip bonuses after each gameweek.
However, these bonus points will still count towards season-long rewards.
This change is aimed at preventing the abuse of "chips" and the creation of multiple accounts to game the system, therefore ensuring a fair and level playing field for all managers.

Newcastle welcome Everton to St James' Park for a Monday night showdown.
The Magpies currently sit 12th, just one point and two places above the Toffees in 14th.
Having knocked Newcastle out of the Carabao Cup with a 3-1 win just days ago, Everton will fancy their chances again.
Will Newcastle get their revenge in front of the home fans, or will the Toffees complete another upset? ๐
One final chance to make your GW9 substitutions count ๐

Liverpool vs Arsenal.
A rivalry that rarely disappoints๐ฅ
In their last 5 Premier League meetings, there have been 3 draws, one win for Arsenal and one for Liverpool.
The last two meetings produced just ONE goal combined. ๐
Will we see another tight contest or a goal fest at Anfield?

๐จ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MANAGERS
We have identified attempts by some users to manipulate the competition on FantaXI by creating multiple accounts.
To protect the integrity of the game, all weekly winners will now undergo scrutiny before rewards are confirmed.
Any winner found operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified, forfeit their rewards, and have the prize reassigned to the next eligible manager on the leaderboard.
Let's keep the competition fair for everyone. ๐ค
