How the hell are we getting a sequel to Kirby's Air Ride that's directed by Sakurai. The likelihood of this happening seemed so low that it's nuts to me, but I'm so glad it's happening.

It was a world-space texture, 'solid' I think it was called in Alias, so the scales looked different in every render. No one noticed I think! Looks like K.Rool may have had a second leather texture layered in there, can't quite remember!
God I can't believe the game we've been working on is finally out. It may sound biased, but everyone who worked on it did a lot to make it ooze with style. It was awesome getting the chance to see that kind of creative force firsthand and even add to it.
