Note how he framed it? He didn't say "this is an attack on the 1st Amendment!"

@NIH animal researchers are going to start another pandemic and kill us all if they aren’t immediately ordered to stop and be transparent about what happened inside that lab and if they don’t explain to us why Vincent Munster isn’t in jail after he smuggled viruses from Africa into the US. He is now under FBI investigation but there has been virtually zero reporting about this.
