If you are down and out , depressed, fearful, confused , sad … any of these (or more) uncomfortable feelings please remember this one thing! He remains faithful and He does not change. You do not have to work it all out and have an anxious heart. All we have to do is know that every breath and moment as a Christian is held faithfully in the hands of our creator. Peace lies in God , not our circumstances. The storm may rage but there is peace in the boat with Christ. If all you have left is “I trust you Jesus” He honors that! Even if all you have left is HELP! He hears you. Trust Him.

Dear Lord, our Eternal Father, through Your Son, Jesus, You have given us the gift of wisdom through the power of the cross as opposed to the wisdom of this world. Direct our steps this day into the way of peace and strengthen our hearts to obey Your word. May Your Holy Spirit bless us and give light to those who reside in darkness and the shadow of death, that they may adore You for Your mercy, follow You for Your truth, desire You for Your kindness, for You are the blessed Lord God of Earth, now and forever. Give us the strength and wisdom of Solomon, to lead Your people to a life filled with Your peace and Your love. Grant us wisdom when we face trials, give us patience so we may understand, give us kindness so we may share and give us faith so may live to serve You. I can honestly say this has been the hardest week of my life. Talking w my daughter about palliative/hospice care for her newborn baby has left me gutted. I appreciate so many of you praying for us. 💔

Dear Lord, Jesus, we thank You for teaching your disciples and us how to pray. Sometimes we struggle to find the right words to convey our hopes and praise to You. Lord, you know what is in our hearts and minds and always know what we are trying to say. We pray that God, the Father will be listening to all our prayers and answer them according to His love and infinite goodness. This we ask You, Lord Jesus, who lives and reigns, with God, the Father, and the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord, Almighty Father, we thank You for the blessings of this new day and opportunity to pray together. Direct our minds and hearts toward You and fill us with Your love, Your Inspiration and Your Holy Spirit. Give us Your wisdom through Your Holy Word to desire what is right in Your eyes and cause us to live a life of daily repentance, as we look to Jesus for pardon and strength. You are the breath of God, the original awe-inspiring artist, who created magnificent beauty from chaos, animated all human life and sustained all things that are seen and unseen. Show us Your powerful presence that we may be self assured no matter what we face Your eyes are over us and Your ears are open to our prayers. May we reflect Your peace and hope to this world that so desperately needs Your presence and Your healing. Dear Lord, our Almighty Father, we thank You for a new day and that Your love and compassion is renewed every morning. Lord, look down on us and receive our morning prayer and have mercy on us for Your creation, a world torn with wars, hate, division and violence. Like the calming ocean waves that live in our memory, relieve the tension and anxiety filling our minds. We pray for a world full of compassion, for the power to be gentle, the strength to be forgiving and the patience to be understanding. May we put our trust in the power of good to overcome evil and the power of love to overcome hatred. Give us the vision to see and the faith to believe in a world free of war and violence, a new world where fear shall no longer lead women or men to commit harm, injustice nor suffering to others. Where l have been wrong about something, give me the courage to make amends. Where l've been prideful teach me the art of humility. I don't want my refusal to learn to hold me back from the purposes You have for me. In the name of my Lord and savior Christ Jesus 🕊 Amen 🙏🏻 ................ Proverbs 6: 6-11 6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! 7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, 8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. 9 How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? 10 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, 11 and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.

This is SO true. Prayer is learning to be close with God. If it be his will it will be done but when it’s not we come out with peace because we have trusted the one who knows what’s best. I’m closer to God on the other side of infertility and loss.. He never gave me what I asked for and He’s GOOD, his will is better than my own. We are so blessed to be able to come Him because of what Jesus did. Life is short, we suffer for a while but no eye has seen and no ear has heard what He has for those who love Him. Every tear will be wiped away for eternity. Be joyful!
