Halle Berry is leaning into aging rather than fighting it. Speaking at Create & Cultivate’s On Her Own Terms event in Los Angeles on Sept. 20, the Crime 101 star was asked what she is embracing most as she grows older. “My new face and body,” Berry said. “It is changing. I look in the mirror every day and I see, ‘Oh God, there’s one thing that wasn’t there last week,’ but what I’m proud of is that I can learn to accept that and not turn myself into a monster with all kinds of things we could do today.” She added that she now accepts aging as a natural part of life and recognizes that she is “more than this body and this face that I’m walking around in.”
