If you have a lot of questions/doubts about the new LA City Council Ad Hoc Committee on Charter Review, you're far from alone. CM McOsker, the Committee Chair, has done his best to try chart out a potential way forward w/ a lengthy motion. 2nd from CM Nazarian.
