It is absolutely crucial that everyone contact their State Senator and Representative and asks for urgent, unwaivering support and sponsorship of Senate Bill 869 (patient homegrow) We can get this one past the goal line if everyone calls 🙏 It has bipartisan support #sb868

Thank you Senator Bartolotta 🙏
I am all for homegrown, I am a cosponsor of a bill for homegrown and pledged NOT to vote on any MJ bills until homegrown is put up for a vote.

This is an interesting point and could be an issue with the Dept of Health? If @TrulievePA has a royalty deal with @wizkhalifa on each unit of branded cannabis sold in the PA medical market, they are likely unable to lower the price, even with lower demand, so
@wizkhalifa won't even allow his overpriced flower to be discounted. It's always excluded from sales.. like names specifically as not included. Pretty lame

Or is it predatory since patients do not have the benefits of an open market or homegrow. Open question. @Trulieve @TrulievePA could you offer any insights in royalty deals and Dept of Health marketing guidelines?

This is a reason that patients need homegrow @VoteLaughlin @CameraForSenate @SenSharifStreet @GovernorShapiro They are trapped in a predatory market

Thankful for the hemp farms leading the bold charge toward acceptance and normalization Particularly those in Pennsylvania 🤠 Will do what we can to support them over the out of state corporations that have captured the medical market.

An instant red flag is anyone that opposes the hemp market and the "THCA exception" that allows small farms in Oregon and elsewhere to sell their cannabis to consumers in other states. Take close note of those that complain about this. They are telling on themselves.

PA hemp farmers can't participate because the PA legislature took it upon themselves to further restrict the federal provisions by enacting a "total THC" rule. In making this rule, PA lawmakers opened the door for only out-of-state farmers to sell to Pennsylvanians.

Looking at this there are only two logical conclusions we can reach: 1. Harrisburg wants its farmers to fail and struggle, and wants to allow other farmers from other states to sell tax free to PA residents 2. The lawmakers in Harrisburg have no idea what they're doing

Dear @JohnFetterman @giselefetterman Could you please help spread the word about SB869, the homegrow bill, so people call their state senators/reps? 🙏🙏🙏

We have been inactive for some time and apologize for that. The news this week is worthy of surfacing. We oppose the passage of any Act 16 amendments prior to the two core rights that are desperately needed: (1) DUI changes; (2) homegrow rights. Continued
The PA Senate Law and Justice Committee has passed SB(s) 538 (edibles), 773 (new Dispos for failing G/Ps), and 835 (many changes to Act 16) through the committee. They now head to the Senate. #PAMMJ

Senators Street and Laughin, can you identify over 650 patient signatures for these bills? We were told our petition wasn't big enough, but these three bills do not have petitions. Please let us know what the plan is 🌱🙏
