In the aftermath of 9/11, Murray shipped out to Iraq to serve 2 tours as a US Marine. Upon returning from serving he Googled “GI bill schools” to learn where he could use his hard-earned benefits. That search led him to a lead generator secretly paid for by a for-profit college.
