President Trump just announced Michael Cohen, the prosecution’s star witness and in reality the only witness in the New York AG and Manhattan DA witch hunts, has fully RECANTED.
Not clarified.
Not walked back.
RECANTED.
Pressured. Coerced. Said things that were not true.
Trump is demanding every remnant of those politically weaponized cases be terminated and dismissed. Letitia James and Alvin Bragg built the whole thing on a witness who now says it was wrong and unlawful.
Such a thing can never be allowed to happen again.

Glad Judge Barrett finally decided to have a backbone. I am dumbfounded how Judge Jackson even became a Supreme Court Justice. She seems to have no concept of precedent and the Constitution.
🚨BREAKING: Justice Amy Coney Barrett delivered a sharp rebuke to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision limiting nationwide injunctions by U.S. district judges.
In the majority opinion, Barrett wrote:
“JUSTICE JACKSON, however, chooses a startling line of attack that is tethered neither to these sources nor, frankly, to any doctrine whatsoever. Waving away attention to the limits on judicial power as a ‘mind-numbingly technical query,’ she offers a vision of the judicial role that would make even the most ardent defender of judicial supremacy blush.”
She continued:
“We will not dwell on JUSTICE JACKSON’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: JUSTICE JACKSON decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary.”
The Court ruled that district judges generally cannot issue nationwide injunctions that block federal policies across the entire country for parties not before the court.

Insiders at X say Elon caught Nikita falsifying user data and fired him via Slack. Elon made the decision within 15 minutes of confirmation and was removed from the building as security packed his belongings.
A presentation video Nikita created for an internal review recently, before the SpaceX quarterly earnings, gave Elon concerns. He then called for an internal review by SpaceX executives.
When they presented Elon with their findings - Nikita’s numbers - "4 to 5x over actual" including daily and monthly active, was falsely inflated. As per Elon - security staff immediately shuttered Bier's email.
Nikita often claimed X was the #1 App under his leadership. As we can see from this screenshot - it’s currently two places Capital One!
“You will be missed”? So much for being retained as an ‘Advisor’. Not happening 😏

And in the last 400 days, we rebuilt almost every aspect of X: the Timeline, the Android app, onboarding, notifications, chat and more.
We also launched nearly 30 new products while protecting the integrity of the town square: becoming the first app to show Country-of-Origin on profiles and mounting defenses against AI bots. There's certainly much more work to be done, but our foundation is stronger than ever.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible team here. The next leaders will take X to even greater heights with @benjitaylor on design, @singhai on core product engineering and @dinkin_flickaa on mobile engineering -- among many other great people.

CNN’s Van Jones just unloaded on “nutty” Democrats for refusing to let John Fetterman be a moderate in their own party.
“That should not be illegal in this party. My god you have to agree on 100% of 100% of the Berkeley California agenda to be a Democrat? It doesn’t make any sense.”
Jones went further: “It just shows you how nutty things have gotten that someone who wants to stick up for Israel and doesn’t want an open border now has to be a Republican. That’s completely insane.”
Even Van Jones is admitting what we’ve all known, the Democrat Party has gone so far off the deep end that basic common sense is now considered “extreme.” The radicals are running the show.
