Claim: An officer of the Pakistan Army passed away due to a heart attack during the ongoing Pakistan–Sri Lanka cricket match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Fact
▪️The individual is a Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) employee. He was not present at the stadium during the match and had no involvement in the event. He suffered electric shock following which his family contacted Rescue 1122 and he was shifted to local hospital.
▪️Cause of death as per hospital record has been identified as “electrocution”. Further inquiry will proceed as per procedure.
▪️Linking this medical emergency to the cricket match is misleading. The individual’s employment with the PCB does not establish any connection between the incident and the ongoing match.
The public is urged to verify facts before sharing misleading claims.

◼️ Fabricated propaganda by a North America based account and questingly proliferated further, that the US Navy is somehow operating from Pakistani territory against Iran, with alleged Pakistani approval, is baseless and part of wider agenda of sowing confusion, misperceptions and chaos.
◼️ Such social media posts actually deserve no attention by any serious minded observer and need to be categorised and treated as propaganda only.

The video claiming Pakistan’s Ambassador in London was confronted and attacked with a white powder-like substance is fake and is being circulated with a misleading caption.

◼️ Mischievous social media handles are circulating misleading claims of fabricated unrest in KP, using AI-generated visuals, old footage and unrelated videos.
◼️ The circulated material includes like factory fires, protests over load shedding and footages from Syria etc; all mis-captioned to manufacture an impression of chaos.
◼️ Afghan and Indian accounts are also amplifying this narrative in coord with vested political accounts, which further confirms a coordinated foreign driven propaganda.

▪️ NYT above referred story attributing employment of PAF aircraft against Houthis is fake and fabricated. International Media houses are again asked to avoid speculative reporting with regards to employment of Pakistan's Military Forces under Makkah Joint Defence Agreement.
▪️ Details of any employment, if necessary will be given by concerned authorities.

▪️Having taken note of speculative reports by Reuters on Makkah Joint Defense Agreement, it is reiterated that Pakistan has already made Pakistan’s commitment to security of Haramain Sharifain and KSA abundantly clear, which is non negotiable.
▪️It has also been underscored that the operational details of the actualisation of the collective deterrence are a matter of operational confidentiality and may not be made subject of media speculation.
▪️It would be therefore prudent to avoid such highly speculative reports based on non-attributable and unknown sources, rather Reuters would be better served to refer to official statements of MoFA and other authorities in this regard. Queries if any may be referred to them instead of coming out with invented numbers and details.

◼️ No roads have been blocked. These containers have been placed as a precaution in Islamabad in compliance with the Honourable Islamabad High Court’s directions to protect citizens’ life, property and lawful movement. The preventive security measures seek to safeguard public infrastructure and sensitive installations keeping in view the past violent practices of the instance party.
◼️ As expected, Al Jazeera selectively portrayed these measures as “road blockades,” ignoring the facts that all roads are open and the preventive judicial and security context related to State’s responsibility to maintain public order.
◼️ Such angled reporting purposefully creates a misleading and negative impression. The fallacy of lies and propaganda by Aljazeera cannot substitute facts.

◼️ The latest allegations by so called Minister for Borders and other mouthpieces of the Taliban regime seeking to attribute the fighting in Nuristan to Pakistan are self rhetorical lies to divert attention from serious internal oppression, dissent and instability faced by the terror sponsoring regime.
◼️ The fact remains that Afghan Taliban are a non-inclusive and non-representative Regime imposing themselves upon the people of Afghanistan by force and opression.
◼️ These comical statements to externalise their internal issues and follow up rhetoric directed towards Pakistan actually reflect the despair and frustration in handling own issues. Afghan Taliban unfortunately remain willingly oblivious to their unislamic abetment of terror, acting as proxy to Hindutva design for sake of greed of few of their leaders. This rentier approach of destabilising region for money as proxy of agencies is leading the Taliban only towards a self destructive path, devoid of dignity and honour.

◼️ The allegations by the Afghan Taliban regime linking Pakistan with the alleged violence in Nuristan are frivolous, baseless and devoid of any truth. Pakistan categorically rejects the fabricated claims of involvement by its security forces or intelligence agencies in any internal clashes in Nuristan or elsewhere in Afghanistan, including allegations of recruiting or training former Afghan security personnel or facilitating Daesh or any other terrorist group operating in Afghanistan.
◼️ Not a shred of evidence has been produced to substantiate Pakistan's involvement; no identities, documents, communications, forensic evidence or independent verification.
◼️ Alleged video being peddled on social media to support this false claim only shows a few unarmed individuals who are not even properly dressed or equipped were arrested in what seems to be a pre-planned video shoot by Afghan Taliban regime well known for lies and fabricated claims.
◼️ The presence and activities of terrorist groups of all types inside Afghanistan are well documented, including in successive reports of the United Nations and other neutral international organisations. Attempts to manufacture a Pakistani connection cannot obscure the reality that these terrorist groups continue to find sanctuary and permissive environment for growth in Afghan territory.
◼️ It is particularly ironic for the Afghan Taliban regime to accuse Pakistan of supporting terrorism while terrorist organisations operating from Afghanistan continue to pose a direct threat to Pakistan and regional security.
◼️ Instead of externalising responsibility for its internal security challenges through fanciful allegations, the Afghan Taliban regime should take credible and verifiable action against terrorist organisations operating from its territory and fulfil its commitments that Afghan soil will not be used for terrorism against Pakistan or any other country rather than attempting to deflect responsibility through fabricated accusations.
◼️ Such claims by this non inclusive, non representative Taliban regime are also reflective of lies to externalise internal dissent and oppression of women, children and minorities.

◼️ Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defence as usual falsely claimed that a Pakistani post near Spin Boldak was destroyed and that Afghan forces suffered no casualties, while dismissing Pakistan’s account as propaganda.
◼️ The claim is fake and fabricated. As per actual facts, an attempted Afghan aggression in the Gulistan sector was thwarted on night 24/ 25 September and during the process and subsequent heavy punishment inflicted on opposing Taliban posts, at least 13 Afghan Taliban personnel were killed and several injured.
◼️ Some visuals of the incident are also attached, which have already been widely covered by media and circulated extensively across social media, providing visual evidence of the border engagement and punishment inflicted on the Afghan Taliban after their cowardly attack.
◼️ The fabricated Afghan Ministry’s attempt is no surprise since the Taliban are habitual liars having no moral and reputational standing.

◼️ Khaama Press reported a Taliban-linked fake media claim that a Pakistani armed drone was shot down in Garmsir district of Helmand, Afghanistan.
◼️ This is a usual fabricated lie of Taliban regime devoid of any evidence. A lie directed to showcase rhetoric for its internal audience.
◼️ The circulation of an unsubstantiated claim by Taliban-linked media is another attempt to shape a misleading narrative around Pakistan’s self defence counter-terrorism operations. Propaganda claims without evidence cannot substitute facts.

◼️ Indian propaganda SMAs circulated false claims that Houthi missiles struck King Abdulaziz Air Base in Saudi Arabia, damaging three PAF JF-17 aircraft and prompting their evacuation.
◼️ This is absolute fake. No credible or official source has also reported any sort of damage to PAF JF-17s.
◼️ The deliberate fabrication of damage to PAF aircraft and their alleged evacuation is only blatant Indian propaganda part of Hindutva deceit and deceptive mindset.

◼️ In an interview to Aamaj News, Afghan Taliban Spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid’s has asserted that Pakistan's military is physically involved in Badakhshan’s violence. Nothing can be farther than this from the truth.
◼️ Pakistan categorically rejects the baseless allegation that its forces supported or accompanied armed opposition groups in Badakhshan. No credible evidence has been presented to substantiate this false narrative.
◼️ The violence in Badakhshan reflects Afghanistan’s own internal security and governance challenges, not Pakistani interference. Available independent reporting has documented the clashes as an armed struggle against non-inclusive and oppressive Afghan Taliban rule, without establishing any Pakistani involvement.
◼️ Pakistan has consistently supported a peaceful and stable Afghanistan and has no interest in destabilising its neighbour. The Taliban regime should address the growing challenges arising from their own governance failures instead of blaming Pakistan for Afghanistan’s internal problems. Assertions without evidence cannot substitute facts.

◼️ Times of India has falsely claimed reconstruction of the Subhanallah Mosque complex in Bahawalpur, with State financing of Rs 250 million, following its damage during India’s botched “Operation Sindoor.”
◼️Indian media lives in some delusional world where concocted stories are spewed every now and then, on behest of their political leadership, to desperately overcome the embarrassment faced through Pakistan’s befitting and just response during Mark e Haq; where innocent women, elderly and children were attacked in a dastardly and illegal operation.
◼️ The humiliation suffered during Sindoor following the comprehensive, jaw-dropping, just and memorable retribution from Pakistan, India is repeatedly attempting to retroactively reshape the narrative which cannot substitute for independently established facts.
◼️ The pattern is increasingly evident as also in India’s recent Sindoor documentary, which drew criticism for Bollywood-style reconstruction, selective editing and dramatized presentation rather than a transparent, independently verifiable account. The documentary and the recent media story are neither evidence-based nor supported by any real facts. Rather they are more like a belated narrative-building exercise.
◼️ The repeated recycling of allegations, unsupported intelligence claims and official messaging reflects an attempt to melt the minds of their internal audience through a chain of coordinated narratives in an attempt to offset their humiliating defeat.
◼️ The TOI report therefore fits a familiar state-sponsored terrorism narrative and India’s established playbook: selectively fabricate false pretences , present allegations as established facts, and then build a predetermined narrative around them.
◼️ This is narrative engineering through distraction, deflection and disinformation not fact-based journalism. Unverified claims should be scrutinised, not amplified.
