After trial and error, I have been FINALLY able to run @0xFacet node locally against local On-Chain Checker, being able to prove that anyone can run a Facet RPC node, an important step in decentralization.

This timelock contract relies on the ability to lock tokens for 31 days, but that assumption is false on every rollup besides Facet—it's false today, and it will remain false when the other rollups reach Stage 2, because even then their operators will retain the ability to initiate a total rollup shutdown with just 30 days notice. In such an event all tokens locked for more than 30 days would be forever lost... Except on Facet! As we cannot be shut down ever by anyone!
