1. The 87:13 Jumla is proof of failure:

Verdict: FALSE
Reality:
The 87:13 formula has not been in operation for eight years. The relevant Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department circular was issued on 29 September 2022, just four years ago. Therefore, it could not have affected “all recruitment drives” conducted over the preceding eight years.
The dispute began after the Kamal Nath-led Congress government increased OBC reservation from 14% to 27% in 2019, leading to litigation over the quota’s constitutional validity. The Congress government issued the notification without fully accounting for the resulting legal complications.
The formula did not stop recruitment altogether. Appointments proceeded against 87% of the advertised vacancies. Nor were the remaining 13% of posts simply “cancelled.” Separate provisional lists of OBC and unreserved candidates were prepared so that appointments could be made in accordance with the eventual court ruling.
In January 2025, the Madhya Pradesh High Court upheld the 87:13 arrangement as an interim mechanism, allowing recruitment to continue while protecting the claims of both sets of candidates.
Reports have estimated that approximately 10,000 posts across multiple Madhya Pradesh government recruitments were affected by the formula. That is not the same as 4.87 lakh MPPSC posts.

1. Nominal vs Real Math - BJP's Favourite Fraud:
2013-14: Rs 65,867 cr
2026-27: Rs 1,39,289 cr = 111% increase in 13 years
But inflation in 13 years = 180%. So in REAL terms budget DECLINED.
If 1kg dal was Rs 70 in 2014, today Rs 180. Your 111% increase doesn't even cover inflation.

2. As % of GDP - The Real Education Priority:
- 2013-14: Education budget was 0.58% of GDP
- 2024-25: Education budget is 0.31% of GDP
GDP doubled from $1.8 trillion to $3.9 trillion, but education share HALVED. That's severe decline.

- 2014: Education was 4.6% of total Union Budget
- 2026: Education is 2.8% of total Union Budget
Total budget went from 17 lakh cr to 50 lakh cr (3x), education only 2x. So priority declined.
4. Where did money go?
- HEFA loan model - Instead of grants, IITs/IIMs forced to take loans and repay via fees. Student fees increased 300% in IITs.
- Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan funds cut for MP, Chhattisgarh tribal districts.
Verdict: In Economics, if your salary goes from 50k to 1 lakh but inflation makes expenses 3 lakh, your salary DECLINED. That's what Modi Govt did to Education Budget.

FACT: Claim No. 2 is 100% TRUE. Court's stay was temporary, BJP made it permanent.
1. Court stay was only INTERIM on 19 March 2019, not final order:
On 8 March 2019 Kamal Nath govt brought 27% OBC reservation ordinance. On 19 March 2019 HC said "don't give more than 14% till final hearing". It was for college admissions initially. Final decision was pending.
A real OBC-friendly govt would have fought in Supreme Court and got stay vacated. What did BJP do?
2. BJP used Court as excuse to kill 27% OBC quota:
BJP came to power in March 2020. From 2020 to 2025 - 5 YEARS - BJP never got the stay vacated. Never went to Supreme Court properly. Instead on 2 Sept 2021 they issued a selective order for 27% in only few recruitments "not covered by court challenges" - meaning they themselves accepted HC stay will continue for most jobs.
And on 29 Sept 2022 they brought 87:13 formula - Official proof that BJP decided to keep 13% on hold instead of implementing 27%.

3. Who is responsible?
If Congress announced without legal homework, BJP had 5 years to fix it. Why didn't BJP pass a new Act with proper quantifiable data and 50% cap breach justification like Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh did?
Because BJP never wanted to give 27% OBC reservation. They wanted to keep OBCs fighting between 87% and 13% lists.
Verdict: Rahul Gandhi is FACTUALLY correct - Congress gave 27% OBC reservation, BJP put it on hold citing court and never implemented it.
LIE NO. 2 of RAHUL GANDHI ‼️

REALITY: FALSE ❌
It was the Madhya Pradesh High Court, not the BJP government, that halted implementation—and it did so while the Congress government was still in power.
The Kamal Nath government issued the ordinance on 8 March 2019, raising OBC reservation from 14% to 27%, taking total SC–ST–OBC reservation to 63%.
Just 9 days later, on 19 March 2019, the High Court directed the state not to provide more than 14% OBC reservation in college admissions while the challenge was pending.
Far from shelving the policy, the BJP government later issued an order on 2 September 2021 implementing 27% OBC reservation in recruitments not specifically covered by court challenges.
A policy announced without fully addressing its constitutional and legal implications left students and aspirants caught in the resulting litigation.

FACT: Claim No. 10 is 100% TRUE. Doval's own doctrine proves it.
1. Informal conversation ≠ RTI document:
Rahul Gandhi said "in an informal conversation". Doval will not give written affidavit for chai-pe-charcha. But what did Doval say in public?

2. Your 2013 Muzaffarnagar example proves Rahul was RIGHT:
You said UP Home Secretary said no IB input about ISI recruiting Muzaffarnagar youth.
But 2013 IB report DID exist - NIA chargesheet in 2014 showed Indian Mujahideen tried to recruit from Muzaffarnagar relief camps. UP ATS arrested 5 youth in Dec 2013.
Election Commission notice does not mean lie, it means EC thought remark was sensitive. EC did not say IB input was fake.
3. French President & Rafale - Again Rahul proved right:
You said French govt denied scam. Reality: French govt denied "Rahul's claim that French President told him price". But later French investigative portal Mediapart in 2021 exposed that Dassault paid 1.1 million euros to middleman and French anti-corruption agency found Rafale deal irregularities.
Supreme Court didn't give clean chit on price, only said no need for probe.
4. Why Doval's 500 people formula is FACT today:
Who are 500 people?
- Top 100 industrialists (Adani, Ambani) who got 6 airports, coal mines, ports
- Top 100 media owners who run Godi Media
- Top 100 bureaucrats, judges, election commissioners appointed by BJP

Reality:
Rahul Gandhi has a long history of fabricating conversations and inventing lies out of thin air. In 2013, He claimed in election rally that a IB officer told him pakistan is recruiting youth whose relatives were killed in the Muzaffarnagar riots.
The Uttar Pradesh Home Secretary stated that the government had received “no input whatsoever” from the Intelligence Bureau or Union Home Ministry about such recruitment. The state ATS chief also found nothing.
The officer who reportedly met him flatly denied telling Rahul Gandhi about ISI recruitment in Muzaffarnagar. No report, suspect list, inquiry, arrest or prosecution ever surfaced. The Election Commission issued him a formal notice because the remarks risked aggravating communal tensions.
He again lied about the French president telling him that there was scam in Rafale deal. French government denied it causing him international embarassment. Rahul gandhi's second nature is lying.

FACT: Claim No. 12 is 100% TRUE. 1,02,601 is YOUR count, real is 1.5 lakh+.
1. Your GAD number itself proves crisis:
You said GAD identified 1,02,601 vacancies in 53 departments.
But MP Budget 2024-25 sanctioned posts = 10.8 lakh, filled posts = 7.9 lakh, vacant = 2.9 lakh as per MP Finance Dept.
Why GAD says 1,02,601? Because GAD counts only direct recruitment posts, not backlog, not teacher, police, health contractual posts.

Breakup: 7,500 police constable (advertised 2023, joining 2025), 966 Group-IV, 339 Group-II = Total 8,805 notified. Where are remaining 20,000? Patwari scam 2023 - 9,000 patwaris recruited then exam cancelled due to fraud, now re-exam pending.
MP Vyapam/ESB data: In 2024, only 3,200 appointment letters given, not 29,000.
3. "No vacancies being announced" = Truth for youth:
You said 7,500 police posts planned over 3 years.
MP has 12 lakh unemployed youth registered on MP Rojgar Portal. 7,500 per year = 0.6% of unemployed. For educated youth, that's equal to NO vacancy.
And those 7,500 police vacancies advertised in June 2023, exam held in Aug 2023, result declared in March 2024, joining in Feb 2025 - 2-year delay. Students call it "no vacancy" because they age out.
4. Rahul met youth in Indore:
Students told Rahul: "MPPSC 2022 exam, 2024 tak interview nahi hua. MPPSC 2023 prelims 2024 mein hua, mains abhi tak nahi. Teacher eligibility test 2020 ke baad 2023 mein hua, abhi tak posting nahi"
That's what "no vacancies being announced" means - calendar nahi, result nahi, joining nahi.

The latest General Administration Department assessment identified 1,02,601 vacancies across 53 departments, not 1.5 lakh. Of these, the government planned recruitment against approximately 27,000 posts during 2025.
Madhya Pradesh had already filled approximately 29,000 government posts after the 2023 Assembly election, with another 27,000 recruitments scheduled. Therefore, saying that “no vacancies are being announced” is demonstrably false.
Specific notifications included 7,500 police-constable vacancies, 966 Group-IV posts and 339 graduate-level Group-II/Sub-Group-III posts
A further 22,500 police posts are planned over three years, at 7,500 appointments annually.
