Binance permanently banned my account. No warning, no proper explanation and no real chance to appeal. I have been a Binance user since 2017, and for years it was my primary exchange. I used it to invest, send money to my family across borders and even receive my salary. In 2023, I lost roughly $5 million worth of Bitcoin to a scammer who, based on everything I was able to trace, ran his operation through Binance. That was one of the worst experiences of my life. Yet I continued using and trusting Binance. And that is what makes this so difficult to accept: How was a scammer able to operate through Binance for so long and cause millions in losses? Why weren’t the accounts involved detected earlier, and why weren’t victims better protected? Yet my account can now be permanently closed without anyone even telling me what I did wrong. I understand that exchanges need strict compliance systems. But after trusting and using Binance for almost nine years, I believe I deserve more than a generic message saying the decision is final. I don’t want special treatment. And I don’t want another copy and paste response. I want a real explanation and a proper human review of my case. What rule did I violate? What evidence was this decision based on? @binance @BinanceHelpDesk, I would appreciate a real answer.
