In the current TRP 4.2: an alter must not cover the name, color bar, double-sided symbol or numeric properties. Previously, the symbol wasn't protected and this was left to HJ discretion.
At a Calling, Tyler has altered their Viserai, the Forsaken so its double-sided symbol is painted over; its name, and properties are intact. Should this be approved?
A) No: that symbol must stay visible
B) Acceptable if Nic is OK with it
C) Fine at Casual REL only
D) Yes: that symbol isn't protected

Current TRP 1.3: a card-pool is fixed once the format's first round begins or the registration deadline passes, whether a decklist is required or not. Previously, only an accepted decklist was locked.
Tyler is playing at an armory event without decklists. After round 1, Tyler swaps 2 binder cards into their constructed card-pool. Is this allowed?
