I look back and there were years after graduating college up until around 2022 that I was stuck in this mindset
The mindset of constantly looking for something better and completely ignoring or devaluing all of the things that I have at any given time
It doesn't feel toxic because you can describe this feeling as ambition but it is the most toxic form of ambition and the reason that so many people are depressed and feel like losers
