I want to turn it into a meme kit for my own project. Keep how it works. Replace everything that is FUD Friday with my brand. STEP 1. READ BEFORE YOU CHANGE ANYTHING Read these files in full: README.md, skill/SKILL.md, skill/fud_meme.py, brandguide/prompt-template.txt. Tell me in plain language what the kit does and how the pieces connect. STEP 2. LEARN MY BRAND My brand guide is at: [PATH TO YOUR BRAND GUIDE] My assets are at: [PATH TO YOUR ASSETS FOLDER] Read the brand guide and look at every asset. Then ask me, in one list, only the questions the guide does not answer. You will need: - the project name and a short name for the skill (lowercase, hyphens) - my brand color as a hex code - my font, and whether I have the right to bundle the font file in a public repo - the words that go ON the frame (FUD Friday puts "FUD FRIDAY" on every meme; what is mine?) - my meme rules: what the joke is always about, what is off limits - a plain description of my character's look, for AI image tools - my community's words and greetings, if any Wait for my answers. Do not guess. STEP 3. REBUILD THE KIT - Remove every FUD Friday asset: character/, logos/, looks/, meme-templates/, flaude/ and the brand guide PDF. That art belongs to FUD Friday and is not licensed for other projects. Do not reuse, trace or imitate it. - Sort my assets into the same folders: character/, logos/, meme-templates/, and looks/ if I have starting frames. Skip a folder I have nothing for. - Rename skill/fud_meme.py to match my project. In the script, change only the brand settings: the default title text, the default title color, the font file, and the GIPHY tag line it prints. Leave the caption, title, motion and GIPHY export code alone unless something breaks. - If my font cannot be bundled, keep Press Start 2P (it ships under the Open Font License) and tell me. - Rewrite skill/SKILL.md for my brand: name, description, the intro paragraph, the rules, the asset guide, and the examples using my real file names. Remove the FlaUDe section. Keep the rule that the joke never lands on a real person. - Rewrite brandguide/prompt-template.txt with my character's description. - Rewrite README.md in my brand's voice: what is in each folder, my meme rules, how to install the skill, the prompt template. Remove the FUD Friday contest section and the FlaUDe voice. - Put my brand guide in brandguide/. STEP 4. PROVE IT WORKS Run the script's list command, then make one captioned meme and one titled frame from my assets. Show me the output files. Fix whatever fails. RULES - Work only inside this folder. No network calls. No accounts, no keys. - The only library allowed is Pillow. If it is missing, tell me the install command and wait. Do not install anything yourself. - Show me the plan after Step 2 and wait for my OK before Step 3. - When you finish, list every file you changed, added and removed.
