The FPL site gives you all the stats you could ever need, xGI/90, etc. to the point it becomes obvious which players are the best ones, and everyone's team ends up looking mostly the same. You end up not caring about 75% of your team because everyone else has them anyway. [3/4]

For "fun", I could select e.g. a City midfielder with half Semenyo's goals and xGI instead of him, but then I'm just hoping for luck. Is it fun being forced to select a worse player who you don't really want, just to be different to the herd? [4/4]

Avoiding WC32 due to a "bad GW32" team is bad process. Semenyo, Haaland and NOR are excellent starts against a terrible Chelsea defence. Palmer and JP against City also fine. Triple Brighton vs Burnley. Non-WC32 will claim "luck" when it does well, but they're just bad at FPL.
