Hello I have set up a £10 cash league for this year Half of the £10 goes to charity men unite. Which helps men’s mental health. The other half goes into a prize fund. Prize split 1st 55 percent 2nd 30 percent 3rd 15 percent DM for info @_MenUnite

Tonight our founder @craigspillane5 was a guest at the @Signal1Official local hero awards night. Tonight @craigspillane5 won the “making a difference” award. We are all so proud of him here at Men unite HQ and all the men in the group we support, currently over 10,000.
