🚨Welcoming another new Viking! Today we welcome freshman guard McKenna Simons from Fort Osage HS here in Missouri. She is a two sport athlete who will also be playing soccer at Valley! 🟣🏀 @kenna_simons07
Let’s go, Kin! More steals to get this season!
Beat the heat w/ a late night sprint workout
Two 20 sec sprints w/ a 10 min break between. Goal was 150 meters each sprint. I hit 154 & 143. This projects to a 25.97 200m time! Great workout for soccer & track!!

From little dreams to big commitments.
So proud of these two and the work that brought them here.
Head steady. Heart on fire.
LET’S GOOOO!❤️🏀
There are 28 women’s basketball teams in the Suburban Conference.
Only 6 are coached by women.
On International Women’s Day, we celebrate those 6 — and continue the push for more women leading women’s sports. 🏀
