UN 🇺🇳 ISRAEL 🇮🇱 @zoro8
Dr. Alice Jill Edwards: “The UN had done so little to help them... I felt ashamed. I am still outraged that UN special rapporteurs Francesca Albanese and Reem Alsalem never formally documented these horrors. Instead, both have continued to issue a stream of what I regard as one-sided and vitriolic reports, and hard-to-justify excuses for their lack of attention. That, families and returned hostages have told me, only added to their anguish.”

When will Trump supporters wake up and realize that his lies are his con? He’s perpetuated his biggest scam by destroying our country maybe even our democracy. Fuck him over in November!

On Oct 13, Dr. Hak Ja Han appeared at Seoul High Court for her appeal and bail hearing. She said: “I need to take my medicine, but I cannot do it alone without someone helping me. I cannot do anything by myself.” “I would be grateful if you could help me live at home while receiving treatment.” She also said: “I cannot see letters even up close now. I have spent my whole life working for humanity, peace, and the True Family Movement, yet I have to face this absurd situation. The pain and sadness I feel is overwhelming.” At the 1st trial bail hearing (Dec 1, 2025), her lawyers argued she is legally blind, 80 years old, and has serious illnesses including arrhythmia and hyperthyroidism. Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo @mikepompeo said the sentence is “deeply troubling” and that detaining an elderly woman with health problems “betrays South Korea’s democratic values.” No bail decision yet. Current release order valid until 3 p.m. Oct 20. Next hearing: Nov 2. Sources: News1, Newsis, TV chosun news1.kr/society/court-prose… newsis.com/view/NISX20261013… news.tvchosun.com/site/data/…

Meloni: I do not miss the Russian tanks in Prague and Budapest. I do not miss the Berlin Wall. If Ukraine stopped defending itself tomorrow, Russia would occupy a European nation and Soviet-style imperialism would return. Surrender is not peace. It is conquest. 1/

Trump is lying again. Putin started the war and has repeatedly refused to negotiate to end it. The US spent nothing like $350 billion. Half the money is not missing. Washington and Moscow are both significantly more corrupt than Kyiv. Putin, not Zelensky, is a dictator who openly steals elections.
And not a word about Putin, who started this bloody war and is killing Ukrainians. Trump is Putin's friend, as he himself says.

UKRAINE 🇺🇦 STAY INFORMED‼️ @zoro8
- Olena Zelenska 🇺🇦: "If Ukrainian soldiers, despite fierce resistance against the enemy and the loss of their comrades, haven't got tired of liberating Ukrainian land, and if Ukrainians, despite their grief and tears, haven't got tired of defending their children and their future, how can people somewhere in a safe country get tired of reading the news?" "Please do not get used to this war, because if everyone gets used to it, this war will never end." ............ Don't stop supporting Ukraine, they need our help 🫂🇺🇦❤️

RUSSIA 🇷🇺 @zoro8
Steffen Schwarzkopf:@S_Schwarzkopf writing in The Telegraph spells out the atrocities being committed by Putin in the Ukraine: “`That leaves Putin with only one strategy: scorched earth. He cannot capture the Donetsk region, but he can destroy it. House by house, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.’ The Russians employed the same strategy in nearby Bakhmut, then under the command of Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner Group. The city, once home to 80,000 people, was decimated before it fell in May 2023…Normal life in Kramatorsk has become impossible. Businesses have shut down, petrol stations have been destroyed and electricity and water supplies have been severely disrupted. Every trip to one of the few supermarkets still open, albeit barricaded, could be someone’s last. There is a constant buzz of Russian drones. Those residents who remain – nobody can say with any certainty how many there are, perhaps 25,000, perhaps 30,000 – know that every time they step outside, a Russian drone operator sitting in front of a screen a few miles away could decide whether they live or die. No house, no building, is safe anymore.”

BREAKING: Denmark's former foreign minister “shocked” over Nobel prize to Navi Pillay. “She is not qualified,” says Per Stig Møller. When Denmark was attacked by Muslims over cartoons of Mohammed, Pillay refused to help. “Her response was that we should introduce censorship.” 🧵

“COMPLICIT IN GENOCIDE”: U.N. Whistleblower Denounces Nobel Winner Navi Pillay For Betraying China's Uyghurs A U.N. whistleblower today accused today's Nobel peace prize laureate of being “complicit in genocide.” Emma Reilly, a human rights lawyer who worked under Navi Pillay, alleges that under her leadership the U.N. human rights office handed dissidents’ names to China, and ignored her warnings about the danger to them and their families. “Unfortunately, the winner is an absolute disgrace,” said Emma Reilly,” and accused her of being “quite literally complicit in the Uyghur genocide. If she didn't have diplomatic immunity, three victims would have sued her.” “How much has China subverted human rights? Well, Navi Pillay just got the Nobel Peace Prize. The same Navi Pillay who was High Commissioner when I first reported the UN handing names of dissidents to China. Her response? Bring her a different chair, she was uncomfortable.” “Navi Pillay oversaw the communication of names of over 50 dissidents to China. Families of the dissidents testified in court.” “They testified, under oath, to their family members being intimidated, arbitrarily detained, tortured, disappeared, and even killed in concentration camps. This is an absolute travesty of 'peace.' “All staffers [of Pillay] who directly handed over names were promoted... I was fired for speaking up.” More: xitter.cf/EmmaReillyTweet/status…

Nobel No-Peace Prize: UN Watch found that Navi Pillay, as UN human rights chief, turned a blind eye to dictatorships, staying silent on abuses in Cuba, North Korea, Eritrea, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Belarus, and Syria during her first two years in office.

- Kyrylo Budanov 🇺🇦: "I appeal to those who are still calmly watching the Kremlin's crimes. What other 'business opportunities' are you trying to see through the dust of destroyed Ukrainian homes? I address Russian pilots who fired missiles at residential buildings specifically: you cannot hide behind orders" ............ Yesterday, A Russian missile struck a residential building while people were sleeping. 22 people were killed, including 5 children. Dozens more were injured. It was a residential neighborhood. This war hell takes the lives of innocent people every day!! And the world is still watching!!😡 💔

Attorney General Todd Blanche says the DOJ has reached agreements covering thousands of hospitals to stop gender-affirming care procedures on minors. Most of the agreements will remain in place for a decade or longer. “It’s thousands of hospitals.” “What was happening was awful… this gender-affirming care for minors.” “That’s not something that should be happening.” “Most of the agreements are for a decade or longer so that we’re really putting them out of business.” “We have other cases ongoing. We’re hoping for additional agreements.” @AGToddBlanche

MEANWHILE IN IRAN 🇮🇷 @zoro8
To those who claimed that no woman in Iran has ever been flogged for refusing to wear the hijab: LOOK AT HER BACK. This woman is one of the brave members of my #WhiteWednesdays campaign against compulsory hijab. She sent me this photo of her scarred back after being punished with 74 lashes for the “crime” of showing her hair. Holding a Woman, Life, Freedom slogan, she refused to be silenced. Here is her testimony: “The morality police arrested me for resisting their van. My ‘crime’ was unveiling. After months of court hearings, I was sentenced to 74 lashes. The cleric overseeing the punishment stood there to ensure it was carried out. I won’t give up my fight against this brutal regime, but we are fed up with living as prisoners in our own homeland.” Seventy-four lashes. For showing her hair. In the 21st century. This is barbarism. And you tell me, how is this different from ISIS?

SOUTH KOREA 🇰🇷 seems to have lost its moral & geo-political compass under Lee‼️ @zoro8
BREAKING: South Korea recalls its ambassador from Ukraine. Under president Lee Jae Myung, the country has moved closer to China, North Korea and Russia while distancing itself from the West. It was recently revealed that fuel )mostly diesel) was loaded at South Korean ports and shipped to Russia this summer. About 176,000 tonnes moved on 7 tankers making 14 voyages, with three of those tankers under UK/EU/Canadian/Australian sanctions. Some of the fuel was bought by Russia’s Rosneft, which is under U.S. sanctions, creating a risk for South Korean entities to be hit by U.S. secondary sanctions. South Korea’s actions also risk creating a diplomatic crisis with Europe, Canada and Australia.
