We’ve been told for three years that Israel targets hospitals. Here is IDF footage from inside Kamal Adwan Hospital. Armed Hamas terrorists are moving through the building. They are not patients. They are not staff. They are using the hospital as cover, exactly as they have done with schools, mosques, and apartment blocks. Civilian hospitals lose their protection when they are used to commit acts harmful to the enemy outside their humanitarian duties. Armed fighters operating inside the building meet that condition.
